Terms & Conditions
A non refundable Rental Application fee of $100, along with completed Application that includes copies of Govn’t ID must be received 20 days prior to approval.
Cancellation Policy
50% refund 60-30 days prior.
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior.
No refund for early departure from stay.
