"We'll start by saying, if you get the chance to sit for Stefan and Linda, do it. They're amazing people with a beautiful & well taken care of home, and best of all, the sweetest cat. Stefan and Linda are great at communicating and were available whenever we needed. The location was peaceful and near all of the beaches you'd want to explore while visiting SW Florida. Our sit did take place during the hurricane, but Linda and Stefan made sure we were well prepared to handle anything needed with the house and even had some items stocked in the pantry. Carmen is probably our favorite cat we've watched so far. From checking out lizards together to cuddling up for a movie, she made us feel right at home. She is a chatter box and will tell you exactly what she wants and then says thank you after We miss her a lot and hope to be back again. "

""We were waiting on the delivery of our travel trailer in Tampa that was late and needed a place to stay in Florida, on the west side. Complete groupies of Sarasota and Naples we started looking and a friend told me to go on Les "Snowbirds de la Floride"...and there was a post of a beautiful house for rent. We needed a place for the month of March. Rotonda West, where is that? Right in the middle of our two favorite cities. We answered all the questions asked by the owner and signed our agreement, rented it, with a deposit and security deposit, which I understand, I would also do if it where my house. We arrived March 1st and were greeted by Stefan, his wife Linda and their cat Carmen...what a nice welcome. They showed us around and Wow, it was such a nice and welcoming home. Took notes and waved them safe travels in Europe! We started our journey in a city we did not know and I can tell you, Dan is a young professional of 61, and I am also a professional of 55 that knows the East side by heart and we FELL IN LOVE with the silence of the night, the comfort of the home, that has everything you need and more. Our early morning coffee in the lanai with the chant of all the birds...the butterflies loving Linda s beautiful garden. Being there one month, lover of flowers, I took care of them every second day, watering the grounds like I was at home...made friends with lots of geckos and my three little greenish frogs over the door every night, getting ready to eat all the bugs! Our movie nights in the cinema room finished with one of us snoring LOL. The non commercial environment that has hidden gems 10-15 minutes away... Boca Grande and its beaches, being foodies we adored the Pink Elephant and for a more refined dining Scarpas is the best Italian place...Then 15 minutes the other side is the Manasota Key...the Sandbar is a fun place for Live Music and party! Go for sunset.... My coup de coeur romantic diner was at, Magnolias on the bay...My baby s favorite place is not quite as Instagramable then me, LOL, he is a Harley guy...The Twisted fork...live bands, country and rock and roll! Only 5 minutes away...and lastly for foodies, we discovered a real good sushi place that is affordable...The big Bamboo...there are many places that had waiting lines and we did not try them, but will soon. We loved the area soooo much, Dan and I bought a lot 4 streets away, and will build a one story house as soon as the market stabilizes. We are golfers, e-bikers, boaters, foodies, beachers, sunday brunchers and shoppers...all is there but the best of all is that at Minnow Way house is in full tranquility space. Beware of turtle crossings! Life as it should be. Love this house like it was ours". Cintia and Dan "
