Acceptable rental properties include houses, condos, and villas, as well as tiny houses, barns, boats, bungalows, cabins, cottages, elevated homes, beach houses, estates, mansions, apartments, and private islands. We do not list properties that are renting out rooms or partial homes. After all, we are not an Airbnb-type website nor do we want to be.
