" We stayed here 2 different times, most recently last summer. If you are seeking a high quality accommodation that has an excellent location you won't be disappointed. Amenities are in great condition: decks, pools, underground garage access, elevators, kitchen appliances and accessories, TV's, etc. etc. "
Best Family Vacation
" My family of 5 had the absolute best time! Fran was a delight to "work" with, everything in the condo was absolute perfection. As reviews say, pictures cannot do this place justice! We went out for every meal, which we swore we wouldn't but there were so many delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The weather was perfect, as perfect as March/April could be, chilly with the wind but so sunny and thank goodness for the heated pool! I have never wrote a review, good or bad, and because of my own selfish reasons hate to even say too much about the perfection of Bella Vita and the unit itself ;) but I adore Fran and truly want to thank her for opening her beautiful condo up to my family and cannot wait to make lasting memories for years to come. Thank you! "
Dream Accomplished!
" Thank-you Francine for helping me accomplish a dream vacation for my precious nephews. As I mentioned, the oldest just graduated from college, and the youngest from high school (next college). For their accomplishments, I wanted to give them a gift to remember for a lifetime. Being that they have only been to Texas beaches ??, I wanted them to see that clear blue water really does exist ??. Their expressions, first of all with your condo were priceless....I didn't think we were going to get them outside! They immediately FaceTimed their girlfriends and friends to show them where they would be spending their week.....really ??. The on-line condominium pictures do not give it proper justice! It is so huge, even for a family of six, and elegantly beautiful. Can you believe they even took hot baths in our hot-tub ???They were living the life. Then came time to visit the most beautiful waters in the USA. They could not believe ocean water could be so clear and beautiful. It was wonderful to see them playing around like young boys again. Even more special was to see their dad in the ocean wrestling with them, as he has a fear of deep and dark waters. I know my sister was in awe of the whole trip and could not of have been more pleased. She mentioned what is she to do now about taking them to the beach, after this trip. My families reactions, and happiness meant the world to me, and I could not be more greatful to you for it. ?? "
Beautiful Bella Vita
" I can't say enough about our week at Bella Vita in B207 or about Blue Mountain Beach. It was everything we could have possibly wanted in a vacation. The condo is perfect in every way, the beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the community of Blue Mountain is quaint and a bit of Paradise. We so enjoyed our week there and hope to return soon. "
The absolute best!
" My family and I have been vacationing at Bella Vita B207 at least twice a year since 2020. It is such a special place to our family. Francine is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and wants everything to be perfect for our visit. Her condo is simply beautiful. The interior of the condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a cook's delight, equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. The bedrooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. One of the highlights of B207 is the balcony. Every morning, our family of 6 sit on the balcony with our coffee, enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean and pristine grounds of Bella Vita. This condo is just steps from the beach, and many eating establishments are within walking distance, as well. The Bakery, the Creamery, and Red Fish are some of our favorites. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Francine and B207. Many of our family discussions when we are at home revolve around our past or upcoming Bella Vita stays. We absolutely love it, we can't wait to return, and we highly recommend B207! "
