Cancellation Policy
Cleaning fee is included in price. There are state and Lee county taxes of 5% Tourist tax and 6.5% Sales tax. Cancellation policy - 100% returned if canceled 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise non-refundable unless rental period can be re-booked at comparable terms. Payment policy - 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal check or cashiers check preferred. Venmo also an option if renter agrees to pay service fees. $200 refundable pet deposit. Early check in available if no one checking out same day.

"We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We loved the house. It was lovely, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the owner was smooth and quick, he was very accommodating, always available to answer any questions or address any concerns quickly. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, from modern appliances to comfortable furnishings. Location-wise, the house is in a beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to local services. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of places nearby to explore. He kept the pool warm which was great. If you are a boater you can get boats delivered. Our favorite area of the house was the outside area with TV. We went boating with other friends so didn't bother renting one. Cape Coral is a nice area with very friendly people."

" Get Away, Feb 11, 2024 By Lisa We enjoyed our impromptu get away to Florida. Marty made that possible with his quick replies and flexibility. The home is located in a great walking neighborhood. Don't miss the burrowing owl sightings around the corner. The covered patio and lanai create a huge outdoor living space which we were able to enjoy rain or shine. Great place. Marty checked in with us via text to make sure all was going well. Thanks!"

Easy commute from the airport. Good access to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches. Home is in a nice neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed, including pool toys for the kids. We'll definitely consider this home if returning to Cape Coral."
