This beach getaway lives large with an open floorplan and 9' ceilings and the three panel sliding glass doors allow for fabulous Gulf and sunset views from the balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, & master suite providing the ultimate alfresco living and entertaining environment!. Master bedroom is Gulf front with balcony access.

Centrally located on the desirable west end of PCB, the complex is less than a mile from Pier Park and many other local attractions and restaurants. Moe's Original Bar B Que is directly across the street. Senior Frogs and Sharkey's is just a 3 minute walk for a quick meal without driving.

You'll notice one thing right away- the balcony views of the world's most beautiful beaches, are spectacular! We like to bring our binoculars so that we can watch the dolphins and sting rays playing in the Gulf while we enjoy our morning coffee. Since we spend time here ourselves, we've made sure this condo is decorated for comfort and maximum enjoyment. We wanted to create the feel of a "Home At The Beach" for our guests and us. Enjoy the special little things like white noise machines in each bedroom and wall mounted electrical and USB access for charging your devices in the bunk room. Recently installed reverse osmosis 6 stage water filter means you can reduce the need for bottled water and help protect the environment and our beaches from plastic pollution at the same time.

For those relaxing evenings after a day of sun or days where staying in is on the agenda, enjoy a a full DVD/Blu-Ray selection or challenge the family to a video game with X-Box One and an assortment of games.

• No parking allowed for water craft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversized vehicles on the premises.

• All garbage is to be in sealed bags and placed in the trash chutes nearest your unit.

• No items of clothes, towels, or other items shall be hung on the balcony railing.

• Do not feed the birds!

• Use of gas grills provided and located on P1 boardwalk. Grills are prohibited on balconies, pool deck, and in the garage.

• No skating skateboarding or rollerblading on the premises.

• No glass objects of any kind on the pool deck or on the beach.

• Parking in front of the building limited to 15 minutes.

• Please keep sliding doors closed in the unit.

• Please return luggage carts promptly for other guests.

• Luggage carts are prohibited inside the units.

• Please use outdoor showers after visiting the beach.

• All vehicles in the parking garage must be registered for the duration of the stay. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

• All guests must have a pool bracelet when swimming and sunbathing on the pool deck. Pool wristbands can be purchased for $2.00 at the HOA office on the 5th floor with proper identification. Children 10 and under do not need a bracelet, but must be accompanied by an adult.
