Children must be supervised at all times.Children old enough to walk must know how to swim. The waterway is 25+ feet deep.Please No children on the Sundeck.Please be respectful of neighbors and our vacation home.Beware of Low Ceiling Fans. I am 6'1" and have no problem but 6'4" maybe an issue. Please do not be wasteful of water and utilities. No parking vehicles behind the gates.Do not use the Davits. Use of Davits not included in Lease! Davits have certain ratings and require specific hardware on your boat.They can be Dangerous!
