Terms & Conditions
$95 cleaning fee and $200 damage deposit
Cancellation Policy
50% down and 50% due within 90 days or 100% if booked within 90 days. Cancellations w/in 90 days negotiable. We strongly suggest trip cancellation insurance.

Small bungalow stay close to the beach!
"Bob's property was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed for a long weekend and so we were out and about most of the time. The location of the property was great - just a 3-minute bike ride from Nokomis beach and a short drive to many other beaches. The home was simple, but had what we needed. The bikes and beach chairs were an excellent addition for us! Bob was responsive and helpful when it came to communicating and even suggesting us local spots to eat and visit. Would return back to Bob's little home for another long weekend! Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2022"

Great location!
"Myself, husband and son stayed here during Spring Break. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and the amazing Pops! The rental had 4 beach cruisers for use in which we took advantage of a lot. The surf shop is just up the street and you are minutes from the grocery store. We we in touch with Bob, the owner prior to coming and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! Stayed 8 nights in Mar 2022"

"This property was just right in size and location for my wife and I’s anniversary vacation. The check in/out process is easy as can be and Bob communicated both fast and with all the info you could need. The property is just a short, under 5 minute walk to Nakomis beach and a short drive to other local small beaches. If you and your spouse are looking for a getaway that gives you both privacy and easy access to everything you could want to do on vacation, this is the place! We will be back very soon! Stayed 5 nights in May 2022"
