Rental Term:  • Minimum 30-day stay required. • Seasonal rentals are typically November through March. Annual leases are 12 months. 2. Application & Approval: • All tenants must complete a credit/background check and submit the required condominium association application. • Occupancy is subject to association approval prior to move-in. 3. Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Required: All cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) by the tenant.  2. Annual Lease: • If the lease is canceled prior to the start date, the security deposit is non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented for the same term. • If canceled after lease commencement, the tenant is responsible for the rent due through the remainder of the lease term or until the unit is re-rented, whichever occurs first. 3.
