The SUN DANCER is the perfect name for this charming ocean front, budget friendly, TWO level beach home! Newly renovated March 2015, House was gutted and BRAND NEW EVERYTHING. This lovely house rests atop a tall dune over looking the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Wonderful views can be had from inside the home, and absolutely spectacular vistas are seen from the raised oceanfront deck! The foyer opens to a very spacious living area with a wall of windows showcasing the deck and ocean views. Comfortable lounging chairs, large flat screen television, bar looking into the kitchen, and cool tile floors all invite you to come in and relax! LARGE rear deck, which offers several special places for lounging, eating, reading or snoozing. Watching kids on the beach. We do accept 1 Pet $225 pet fee plus signed pet agreement. We have a LARGE FENCED in backyard. Our beach is wide, sandy, quiet. Only single family homes are near by, so there are no big crowds, even on the busiest summer weekends! The Sundancer is so comfortable and pretty that you may never want to leave! BRAND NEW GRANITE KITCHEN, new stainless steel appliances, BRAND NEW BEDS as of March 2015. Fresh paint, you name it, we did it!!! We ACCEPT PETS, one $225 pet fee and signed pet agreement. Master bedroom has KING bed with private full marble tile bathtub and shower, with large walk in closet and separate vanity. Second bedroom has queen bed overlooks ocean Third bedroom has trundle bed with 2 twin beds that overlooks ocean. TWO sofa sleepers with pullout queen beds. One pullout has private access to 1/2 bath. *Publix Supermarket with 5 restaurants 1/4 mile away *Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home! *Accommodates up to 7 guests plus baby in crib *Newer furnishings throughout *Ocean deck with covered gazebo, open raised deck and a private dune walkover *Kitchen with breakfast bar and ocean views *Dining table seats 6; breakfast bar seats 2 *Flat screen television & DVD player in the living room; television in the master bedroom *High speed wireless internet *Central heat and air conditioning *Double garage and additional on-site parking *Beach chairs and towels *Easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf and more *Optional Serenata Beach Club privileges LOCATED 6 HOUSES AWAY FROM OUR OTHER PROPERTY ALMOST HEAVEN, please inquire!

Wonderful Everything!!
"We (my mother, brother, sister and myself) rented this delightful house when we came to St Augustine for my niece's wedding at the beginning of November. There had been absolutely zero hurricane damage. The house is beautifully decorated but is still very welcoming and comfortable. The views, especially from the top floor, are incredible. The master suite is huge and has an amazingly comfortable bed. My grandsons came over to test it out and all three wanted to take a snooze in it :-) We were only there for three nights, but took advantage of the washer and dryer. Although we didn't do any cooking the kitchen has everything a person would need. The location is perfect...far enough away from the crowds but a convenience store is a minute away and Publix 2-3 minutes. We discovered a great casual restaurant right down the street...Beaches at Vilano. I highly recommend this property!"

"The Sundance house was perfect for our family of four and overnight visits from Grandma. The home is beautifully maintained, clean and has everything you could possibly need for a long vacation at the beach. The check in and check out was a breeze the neighbors and visitors at the beach were so friendly and so fun! It was so hard to leave but we will certainly be back soon! Ps...the beds are insanely comfortable!!"

"This property was AMAZING and absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Being right on the beach made the entire stay so magical we found it hard to leave, so we hit the grocery about a mile up the way and stayed in all but one dinner. Beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was absolutely amazing, there was plenty of parking. The house was incredibly clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything needed, including beach chairs. When we weren't on the beach we were on the porch, and if there was a hammock we probably would've been fighting each other to sleep in it. Owner was so nice and easy to work with. In fact, our trip was very last minute, yet she was able to make sure everything was just perfect for us, even down to having the porch light on because we were arriving after dark. She was so helpful and gave great suggestions on places to go. We look forward to booking Sundance again soon and highly recommend it. "
