General Policies
Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit. IF you are bringing a dog you MUST notify us immediately. You will be sent a payment request for the $150 plus tax required for each dog. This fee is non-refundable and is not included in the nightly rate. PET POLICY: 2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2 pets. "Our week at AMI was my 2021 birthday gift after all of my 2020 birthday gifts (two festivals and a concert) were cancelled or postponed. My boyfriend picked the destination and the property and it was perfect! The 6 minute walk to the beach was perfect and we even got to bring our dog, Fox, for the week. It was his first vacation! The property was comfortable and just the perfect size for all of us. Can't wait to come back!"

"We spent an amazing week in this property with our dog! The stairs were a little tricky at first, but that was a small price to pay for the fantastic location. It’s only a 6 minute walk from a relatively uncrowded beach area. We took a trip to Bean Point one day, and let me tell you, I MUCH preferred the beach area by this property by far. The property has literally everything you’ll need to be happy. We had to reach out to the owners for a couple of questions and they were super helpful and responded right away. This place is absolutely adorable. Can’t wait to go back."
