It was Perfect!
"Our week at AMI was my 2021 birthday gift after all of my 2020 birthday gifts (two festivals and a concert) were cancelled or postponed. My boyfriend picked the destination and the property and it was perfect! The 6 minute walk to the beach was perfect and we even got to bring our dog, Fox, for the week. It was his first vacation! The property was comfortable and just the perfect size for all of us. Can't wait to come back!"

Loved it!
"We spent an amazing week in this property with our dog! The stairs were a little tricky at first, but that was a small price to pay for the fantastic location. It’s only a 6 minute walk from a relatively uncrowded beach area. We took a trip to Bean Point one day, and let me tell you, I MUCH preferred the beach area by this property by far.
The property has literally everything you’ll need to be happy. We had to reach out to the owners for a couple of questions and they were super helpful and responded right away. This place is absolutely adorable. Can’t wait to go back."

Super Clean and Inviting
"We own properties on the island and love to stay in other rentals. The charm this little Gone Coastal offers is very special. Everything was super clean and inviting, too. The furniture is comfortable and nicely styled. We really appreciated the larger TV in the living room. Most rentals size down the TV. We will recommend the property to others."

Relaxing and Confortable
"Everything about this home is wonderful. Our experience from beginning to end was smooth and our expectations were exceeded by every metric. Communicating with the host is swift, the home is appointed with everything you would expect and then some, and the home is extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We felt so relaxed and comfortable that it felt more like home and the only regret was not booking the home longer."

Loved It
"It’s been a pleasure staying in your lovely home—hopefully we can meet at the Doctor’s Office for a drink next time! We loved all of the décor, amenities, the new grill, and the comfy master bed. We did some fishing, beaching, dining (Tide Tables, The Feast, Vinny’s, and Wicked Cantina). Can’t wait for our next trip already!

This place is little slice of heaven

Best part of the trip
"This was our first time to the island and I have to say this property has everything (and even things you didn't think you needed). It is very well maintained and a convenient walk to the beach. We had some not so nice weather for some of the days we were there but with the ping pong, pool, cornhole and other games at the property we were still able to enjoy our time. Justin was so accommodating and quick to respond with all the questions I had which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this property to any one traveling to the island!!"

"As soon as I walked in the door, I felt at home. So clean and cozy.
Attention to detail was evident right down to the towels. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need. Conveniently located to everything.

Rhythm of Island Life
"We arrived early evening, tired from our long drive. We immediately felt comfortable and at home by the decor and amenities of the house.
It did not take long before we adjusted to the rhythm of Island Life. Our time went too quickly and we have decided to come again next winter.

"Thank you Coastal Cottages for the best vacation ever! We stayed at 306 B 72nd St. This was an adorable property with an amazing back yard. We spent so much time in the gorgeous, heated pool surrounded by the prettiest landscaping. This property would also be perfect for two families to rent. Both parties could have their own space and just open the gate in the back to enjoy both pools and backyards. We loved the short walk to the beach and the location of the house too. Our favorite place to eat was The Sandbar and we loved our sandbar hopping with Captain Kim. One tip…renting a street-legal golf cart was a blast, but we could only rent for 1 day. You must call at least a month in advance to have for a full week. Coastal Cottages provides all information for different activities with telephone numbers. Thanks again! We will see you next spring break."
