Security deposit required up to $500 depending on the property you are booking. Deposit to be processed by host on the guest's credit card. Gianni’s place is very newly and tastefully renovated
"Gianni’s place is very newly and tastefully renovated. Our 6 year old especially enjoyed the custom bunk bed. Little touches and attention to detail in the renovation were obvious and appreciated. Couldn’t be more well-situated, directly across Scenic Gulf Drive from both the beach and Pompano Joe’s. Thank you for everything, Ginni, and hope to find ourselves in Miramar Beach again soon! "
