Location Info
The Tradewinds is located in Bradenton Beach which is at the south end of the island... the island is narrow here..We are on the Bay side of Gulf Drive... just cross the 2 lane road and you are on the beach! The resort has a heated pool on the bay... there's water on both sides!

Policies
Check-Out Time : Flexible
- Events Allowed : It's advised by the resort to not be too noisy if you have an event, so not to disturb other guests at the resort... also, quiet time starts at 10PM.
- Pet(s) Allowed

General Policies
There is an onsite office... Office hours are 10 AM - 5:45 PM. Early check-in is available if the room is ready, but usually not before 2 PM. Late arrivals must get the code to the lockbox located near the office door. The code is available about a week before your arrival (it is changed often... please contact me or the resort for your code if you are a late arrival)We do take monthly rentals and a 10% discount is applied for 28 nights or longer.
50% deposit required for week long bookings (or longer).... for less than 7 nights, a 2 night deposit is required. The balance for all bookings is due at checkin.

Terms & Conditions
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payment is preferred.To book our cottage unit, please call me at 708-514-4758 and I will take your information. I'll call it into the resort and you will receive an email confirmation directly from the resort. This helps me as an owner as I will book you into OUR unit... I thank you! Note, I also help other owners if our unit is occupied, or not just right for your family. Please contact me for more info!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The resort sets these guidelines..
Cancel before 15 days if your stay is less than 7 nights of arrival and you will be refunded all but 10% of the deposit amount... If your stay is 7 nights or more, cancel within the 31 day window to get your deposit back, less 10%. Also, you can pay $25 to re-book to another date.. the deposit you applied will be used towards the new booking..

Last minute
"This unit is steps away from the beach. This unit was clean and comfortable. Most of all I felt safe! I could walk to the shops which felt like .5 mile a way or get on the bus which the stop was literally steps away. ( that's free by the way.) They are cleaning up from Milton but the island is very much alive and was very welcoming. The owner of this unit was very easy to work with. For a last minute stop she made everything fit in my budget. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with me. I would stay again."

Awesome Vacation
"We stayed at the Tradewinds resort December 3rd to December 11th and our time couldn't have been better. The resort workers were all very helpful and attentive. Our spot on the island was perfect. It was very quaint and we felt very comfortable in our surroundings. We had a car rented and we made our way to each end of the island. The damage was devasting. The vendors and restaurant's owners couldn't have been more welcoming. We were the only people on the beach most days. The beach was only across the street. There were a few places to walk to nearby the property to eat. All in all our vacation was much needed. Thank you very much for all of the hospitality AMI. "
