Our immaculate,( Non Smoking BUILDING & CONDO )2 bedroom condo, features Luxury decor in the Ocean Way Building right on the beach. We are an end unit, just above the Hot Tub on the left of the photo, with lots of windows, in a quiet 17 unit private First Class newer Condo. We are south of Clearwater at Indian Rocks Beach, at 20th Ave. just North of Guppies Restaurant. MY WIFE IS VERY CLEAN CONSCIOUS AND PARTICULAR at 1912 Gulf Blvd Indian Rocks Beach SO YOU CAN BE SURE EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND NEAT. Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation must be received a minimum of 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain a refund less a $100 (per week) service fee.The entire deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
The final payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is within 21 days of the scheduled arrival.

"I was amazed that this condo was open and welcoming. The restaurants are mostly open. IRB has cleaned up all the roads. Guppies was operating. Kegan's was to open next week.I heard this condo, Oceanway was covered in sand from the hurricanes, but you would never know it. Everything was clean and the beach looks like it has all fresh sand. This is the second time staying in this condo. It is lovely. There were 4 of us and we just loved the sunsets every day and swam in the pool. I guess the storm left its mark as the bottom looked dirty but it was not. Certainly a great place to holiday. We will try to be back in January."
The Ritz
"We thought we were at the Ritz Carlton...or at least close to it here in the condo. Marble white floors. Lovely art on the walls. Clean modern furniture. Large balcony, and a view to die for. White sand as far as you could see. A grill for steaks on Friday night. Hot tub, large private pool. Fast internet. Easy parking. It was a great holiday. Hilda the manager had everything looked after for when we arrived. Thanks from Rebecca and Bruce. We will book for next year."
Our Beach Holiday
"We live in Tampa but like the beach. IRB is clean and runs for miles. This is our 4th stay at this condo building with the same owner Dave. He has 3 units. This one is quite nice with white marble floors. Their other one is on the 3rd floor and more modern but slightly more expensive. And they have one for less on the side. We booked our kids in there where we were in here. Everything was there we needed.in both condos. Even a popcorn machine and blow up bed. Since it was our forth time here it felt like home. We are booking the same date for next year if that's Ok. Thanks Dave and Hilda. Wish we were the owners. But we don't have to pay the high taxes. Ha ha"
Best Holiday
"Everything was here. We stayed with our family and are beach and pool folk. This is definitely a high end condo. Everything was immaculate and very clean. Thanks Hilda the manager. Lots of room around the pool. Everyone was VERY Friendly. Huge beach. This condo has chairs and umbrella stored in a cabinet next to the pool so we lived on the beach. The are everything they advertise. Our kids loved it."
Perfect Holiday
"This is the 4th year in a row we have rented this condo. for a month. It feels like home.. Everything is here and all brand new. White porcelain floors, and beautiful art, with absolutely Amazing Views. We love this place Dave. Thanks for giving us a great holiday in your beautiful home."
