Terms & Conditions
- The city of Venice requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
- Tenants must be approved by the Association through the application process
- A lease will be signed by the parties outlining details
- No pets allowed other than service animals
- Violations of Association Rules and Regulations that result in a fine to the owner will be passed on to the Tenant.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancelations are required 30 days in advance of stay
- Less than 30 days may result in loss of deposit

"We super enjoyed our stay and unfortunately for others, we signed up for Jan and Feb 2025. The convenience of the one story, open floor plan was a plus and there are many things to do in close proximity. The unit was clean on arrival and fitted with most of what we needed. When we mentioned missing an iron and board, it arrived the next day."
