Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is 100% non-refundable upon cancellation. Although balance payment is non-refundable upon cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival. Any portion of balance payment recovered from rebooking the unit is refundable on a proportional basis. In consideration of the monies received and the mutual promises contained herein, we the owners (Owner) of the subject property hereby agree to give a license to use the Property to the undersigned, (herein referred to as Guest), the property and on the dates described on the Reservation Confirmation, under the conditions stated herein.

Beautiful home for a beach getaway
"Let me first say the owners are terrific with communication and helpful information regarding the area. This is an absolutely beautiful home located one block west of A1A and the beach (which has a community access) and one block east of the Indian River Lagoon (also has a community access pier and dock). The home is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and has a double lot for parking a boat. The interior of the home is very inviting and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep. The back patio is very private and a charcoal grill is provided. This home was perfect for us as boaters since we were able to launch the boat about 3 miles south near Sebastian Inlet and had plenty of room at the house to park the boat. The beach fishing is superb and we caught numerous fish at the community dock. The neighbors were inviting and very helpful as well with local knowledge and tips about restaurants and local businesses. I would recommend this home and will definitely plan to come back. Highly recommended , reasonably priced, and very accurately represented by the owners."
