Perfectly situated in the middle of Anna Maria Island. The beach is only a 1/2 block away! There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance and the free island trolley will take you anywhere on the island. Publix grocery store as well many drugstores and liquor stores are only a 5 minute drive away. Take the golf cart!

Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit.

"Beach Daze was clean and very comfortable. Can’t beat the homes proximity to the beach. Easy walk to the beach and there are new beach chairs and beach wagon to take everything over that you may need while watching the dolphins swim past The backyard oasis has a heated pool and comfortable seating to enjoy a nice lunch cooked on the new gas grille. Looking forward to come back and stay here again"
