I have owned & rented properties in this complex for over 36 years.
I have been President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer of 3 of the Condominium and Home Owner's Associations in this Complex.
I rebuilt and condominiumized the Marina.
I know the Florida Keys and this Complex very well. I can probably answer most of your questions and match you with the property that will fit your needs.

House Rules
For Wheelchair accessibility - The building has 2 elevators and there are no stairs, but the turning radius in the bathrooms and their doors may not be big enough for large wheelchairs. This unit is wheelchair friendly, but not wheelchair accessible as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Terms & Conditions
The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due upon the arrival date. Trip insurance is recommended, but not required.
Cancellation Policy
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund.

"Norm could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The condo was beautifully updated and impeccably cleaned and maintained. Close to so many great places (John Pennekamp State Park, Founders Park in Islamorada and close enough for a great day trip to Key West and back) with easy access to Publix and other basic stores. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again."

"Nice unit with upgraded kitchen. Nice view. Norman the manager was great. Good amenities with free use of paddkeboards and kayaks. Some property damage and marina is shut down but didn’t affect us."
