The open floor plan and extra large lanai overlooking the deep inviting pool and wide canal is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets! See dolphins and manatees beautiful landscape trees with orchids in them! We have totally renovated the home and it is only available to people who will respect and take care of our home.

Only for tenants that will respect and care for our new home. Not a party house! Very quiet deed restricted neighborhood. No parking of trailers or RVs.
