25 minutes from Sarasota airport, close to one of the two bridges that serve Siesta Key and walking distance to local shops restaurants and bars.

5 minutes walking will take to to our private beach access onto Crescent beach.

A free trolley will take you up the island to the main village

About Owner

Long term French residents we are an American- British couple who fell in love with Siesta Key 20 years ago when our kids were growing up. After renting many places on the Key over that time we finally purchased this much sought after and lovely unit in 2015. The decision was part location, part inspiration and a great part of appreciation for the friendly and efficient staff that make you feel so welcome here each and every day. The unit had been lovingly cared for by the previous owners who never rented it out. Now we have renovated and bought new appliances to make it our home away from home, and your ideal vacation spot.

General Policies

7 day minimum No pets and no smoking and there are cleaning penalties for violating the policy.

Saturday to Saturday during high season otherwise we are flexible provided it's a seven day minimum.

House Rules

The condo is suitable for reduced mobility guests with parking adjacent to the entrance with wheelchair access to the elevator. However the walk-in master shower, guest tub, toilet and sinks are not designed for wheel chair access.

Terms & Conditions

There is on-site management for solving problems and advising guests. Payments are made securely to them once the terms have been agreed between guest and owner.

Cancellation Policy

A $300 deposit is required to hold the unit until 60 days before the start date. If there is a cancellation during this period then $250 will be returned. 60 days before the start date the full payment is required and there is no refund for cancellation. The resort management does offer travel insurance if required.

Amazing!

"This unit is so beautiful! The pictures are beautiful but in person it’s even more beautiful!! We absolutely loved our week stay!! I loved waking up before the sun started to rise and seeing the colors from the glass windows in the lania and making coffee in the kitchen while looking out the windows and then making our way down stairs to walk the boat dock and watch the incredible sunrise over the bay!! It’s a really short walk to crescent beach and only a few min drive to public siesta key beach! We had perfect weather for our trip after the day we drive down ( during Cristobal) we had to get a room two hours away due to tornados and were bummed to miss a night in this unit but the owners were very very helpful and let us rent an extra night to make up for that! So happy the weather was perfect the rest of the week we were there! We went to crescent beach, siesta key beach, turtle beach, Sarasota beach, jetty beach and Venice beach! It was sooo cool to see all the different beach types around siesta key! We never go to the same place for vacation because we like to travel and see new places but we are looking forward to coming back to siesta key and staying in this unit again!! It was the best vacation ever!! Thank you to the owners for going above and beyond to communicate and respond so quickly to any questions I had! If you visit this unit you won’t be disappointed!! Hoping to go back very very soon!!"
