This unit has a full-size granite kitchen with a living area and a queen-sized bed located in the separate bedroom. It comes with all utilities included and is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. High-speed internet access is also provided, catering to both leisure and professional needs.

Enjoy the full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience, with a microwave/convectional oven combo, an air fryer, and a Ninja Foodie multi-cooker, along with a charcoal grill. You will find a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space, to meet all your culinary needs.

As you walk out the door, you are greeted with a large 8x8 brick patio with a brick private walkway that leads to the parking area in the front of the home. For your vehicle, several parking spaces in the driveway ensures parking is never a concern. You can even park large vehicles or RVs, with plenty of space to meet your needs.

When you step off the patio, you will appreciate the tranquil backyard views, including a fully fenced 1.25 acre lot that backs to a canal. Additionally, there is a large 4x13 private storage area in the backyard to store items if desired.

Our place is located in a lush green setting away from it all. Just 4 miles away you will enter the Village of Royal Palm Beach with stores, restaurants and amenities.

You are conveniently located near Northlake Blvd and FL7 for easy access. If you want to live it up head for downtown West Palm Beach and its endless beaches including famous Palm Beach Island or Wellington Polo Grounds all within easy reach.

You will have convenient access to major hospital sites, including, but not limited to, Palms West, Wellington Regional, St. Mary's, JFK, Bethesda, and Jupiter.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.

Occupancy tax will apply for any stays 6 months or less in accordance with Florida state law.

December-April at $3500 per month, 3 month minimum.

Cleaning fee is $300 over 3 months.

Maximum occupancy is two guests. Please be accurate on the number of guests in the reservation in order to respect our rate schedule. The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. No parties or events are allowed, and any guests that are on the property at anytime, will need to be counted for in the reservation, whether or not the guests are spending the night. Pre-approval for any visiting guests must be approved by the hosts at all times. For any stays 30 days or longer, a Rental Agreement is required to be signed by the Landlord and guests for all adults above the age of 18. Temporary housing companies, businesses and family members are welcome to book on behalf of the guests, but before doing so, *please* notify the host for pre-approva...

The number of guests on the reservation still needs to be accurate, *and* if additional guests are visiting the home, please notify the host for pre-approval.

The home is equipped with three outside exterior security cameras that will be turn during your stay. First will be over the front door facing the driveway. Second is on the northeast corner overlooking the east side of the house and guest suite patio. Third is located on the northwest corner house overlooking the backyard, shed and side gate. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up the exterior security cameras at any time. Please do not unplug the door keypad gateway in the plug outlet. These are small white boxes located in an outlet near the front door.

No pets are allowed.

Yes, the place will be cleaned by a professional cleaner, but please keep the place a sanitary environment suitable for human inhabitants.

Please note the house rules with no smoking in the home -- of any variety, including vaping -- the outside areas are fine to smoke as long as you are well away from all doors and any open windows. Kindly properly dispose of any butts or ashes, and not in the yard or driveway. Guests do not want to live in a smoke filled house, and I strive to provide a comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy their stay.

Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

This is a family friendly town, please enjoy the community and not be the loud bunch of the crowd.

Please note: We provide some conveniences such as, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, etc. but, we only provide enough to get you going for a few days, so you do not need to go to the store right away. Therefore, you may need to purchase any of these items you may want once they are used up. They will be replaced upon your check-out.
