As Canadians we were always looking for the warmer air to vacation in! We started coming to Cocoa Beach to vacation over 10 years ago, and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy a rental property in 2017 and loved every minute of sharing our place with guests! Although we loved our last place, we were looking for somewhere with direct ocean views and closer to all the shops, and restaurants. We fell in love with this new place and can't wait to share it with our guests!This neighborhood is so close to everything! There is a Publix right across the street! Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away, with a lot you can walk to if you desire! The building is immaculate and quiet, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your surro...
