Ormond by the Seas is a sleepy beach town. It's slow, undeveloped, and laid-back culture. It's 15-20 minutes North of Daytona Beach, in case you have the urge to hit the nightlife. If you're looking for a location with an undeveloped beach, Ormond by the Seas has no condos or hotels on the beach, while Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach do.Still, modern amenities and businesses are nearby, including grocery store, beachside bars and restaurants, breweries, local restaurants (including catch of the day fish restaurants), coffee shops. There's even a Walmart 20 minutes away :-)It's 45-minute drive to Orlando theme parks.It's 20-minute drive to St. Augustine.It's 20-minute drive to Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will discussed and presented prior to payment.
Typically, Full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. Cancellation within 60 days, no refund.
For Jan, Feb, March, cancellation is 90 - 120 days due to people planning far in advance.
