Birthday Trip

"We found this condo to be very roomy and clean upon arrival. The surroundings were pleasantly quiet most of the time and we traveled back and forth to St. Augustine in a relatively short amount of time during our 4-day stay. We bought some groceries at the local Publix and cooked on the grill twice. Access to the grill, pool and beach was very easy. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was a bit chilly this time of year as was the ocean. We still enjoyed the beach since the sand is very easy to walk on. This was the perfect place away from the crowds to enjoy the patio, grounds and beach while still close to all of the historical sites in St. Augustine. Be sure to climb to the top of the lighthouse for spectacular views and eat at OC White's in St. Augustine. Also try to eat at a place where lots of locals in the Jacksonville area go to - Junior's that has all kinds of seafood dishes and the best fried okra. We also recommend the private golf-cart tour (I think it holds several people but not as big as the trolley) which also includes a relaxing boat ride on the water. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and history. We would definitely go back!"

"We enjoyed your condo very much. Everything we needed. We loved the full length wrap around windows. And the full length windows in each bedroom also. With 1300 sq. Ft. The condo had plenty of living space in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We will book this condo again."

First stay at Crescent Beach

"We had a wonderful time at this condo, it is spacious and the location is excellent for heading to the beach and pool. We were literally across the hall from the door out to the pool. The boardwalk to the beach is one of the shorter ones I've been on making access to the beach super easy! The best part was the quietness of this complex, there wasn't a large crowd and those that were there are mostly owners and are incredibly friendly! It made everything so relaxing and enjoyable. We spent a couple of days on the beach and pool during the day and returning to the beach in the early evenings to take walks. The king size bed was very comfortable and we slept well! This was a very relaxing trip, even with children! We will return."

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here and the accommodations were awesome! Everything was as expected with easy access to the pool and beach. With the owner being a chef and restaurant owner, we took advantage of his recommendations and enjoyed some really good food within minutes of his condo. Can't wait to come back!!

A much needed break.

We all had a wonderful time. We were pleased with the condo. We couldn't ask for a better condo. Perfect location. Close to the pool, close to the beach. The condo itself was amazing. All on one floor. Everyone was thrilled of our stay. We would do this again for a longer duration. Alain was amazing in responding to me.

Last minute Beach Trip

I have stayed in many parts of Florida and I have rented many Condo's, but this one exceeded all of them. It was a last minute trip before my daughter went back to work and Alain was kind enough to let us rent his place. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the Ocean from the pool was absolutely breathe taking. We also used the gas grills outside by the pool, which I have never done and it was great. I will rent this place from him again next year. Thank you so much Alain for everything.

Wonderful vacation!

Alain was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, answering all my questions before I asked them. The condo is lovely and was equipped with everything we needed. My husband has mobility problems and walks with a cane. The elevator in the lobby and first floor condo was perfect for him, as was the short walk to the pool and beautiful beach. We enjoyed St. Augustine, taking tours of the City and learning about its history. We had great dinners at Harry's Restaurant and a restaurant on Crescent Beach. Alain was a wonderful host and we highly recommend his condo. We would definitely return in the future.

Last Minute Planner

My family enjoyed out stay at Alain's condo. We scheduled last minute by phone/internet and he was very accommodating. Due to it being July 4th weekend things were fairly crowded. Parking was a slight issue (and I don't think it usually is) and Alain was so kind to help me by phone during my period of stress. The condo was a very close walk to the sand. Everything was as advertised. He answered any questions we had and he seems to be a very kind and honest fellow. We would rent it again.
