Please adhere to the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, disruptive noises or use of the pool is allowed during this time. This is a city ordinance and violation my result in a visit from the local police.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit.

Lovely house in a fabulous location
"Loved the location and size of this home! Gorgeous outdoor area with lovely pool, hottub and dock for fishing. Great views of the sunset at the end of the day and open water of the canal. The management agent were some of the fastest responding and friendliest I have experienced. Overall, we loved this house "

"The house is very comfy and had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Allison was incredibly open to concerns about towels, the fan, and beach chairs and provided us with what we needed In a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home with access for kayaking and boating."
FANTASTIC HOUSE!!!
"This was such a great house. We came for a babymoon right after Christmas. The set up is perfect, with everything you could want! A pool, hot tub, fishing.... all at the house! We had two small kids who had a blast playing in the pool and fishing. We love Anna Maria and we love staying on the North End. This is the best house, with an amazing view. Definitely recommend it!"
Perfection on all accounts
"This home is really perfect. It’s large and spacious with an open floor plan that allows everyone to be together. The location is a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining on Pine Avenue. We had bikes delivered from Beach Bums before we arrived and I think we used our car once in the week we were there to retrieve groceries from Publix. The pool and hot tub are terrific for an early morning swim and a late night soak and cocktail after dinner. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the pool and hot tub which are both very private. The screened porch nearly doubles the living area and is a peaceful place to begin and end the day. The pictures on the website do not do justice. The home is beautiful- especially the porch, master bedroom and hall bath. The kitchen is very large. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room for a group cook while another group played games at the table. The home also has games, movies, fishing poles, grill, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and beach umbrellas. The owners took care to stock their home with top of the line linens, kirchenware, and just about everything you’d need for a vacation. It’s nice to arrive and have everything you need so your vacation begins the moment you walk in, instead of taking precious vacation time rounding up supplies. We’ve vacationed on AMI for 15 years and this is by far our favorite home for our family. This trip we had our family of 5 and their friends which rounded out to be 2 adults and 6 older teens. Again, wonderful home and owners. We’ll be back."

"I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this house - it is amazing!!! We have stayed here 2 times ( Sept 2017 & Oct 2018 ) and each time we have felt comfortable and like we were at home. It is located on a quiet cul de sac. With a short walk to the beach. There are great restaurants and shopping on AMI. The home and property are very clean and well maintained. The house is beautifully decorated, has a large and spacious open floor plan with plenty of room. The house has everything you will need in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms with extra linens,towels and beach towels. The master bedroom and bathroom, and the other bedrooms and bathroom are gorgeous and spacious. The private pool and hot tub is fantastic with plenty of pool/beach toys. The deck area has a sitting area and a lounging area with umbrellas that gets sun all day. The canal front setting is great with a great view. The under water light at night is cool. We would sit there for hours and watch the fish. We even tried our luck to catch some. Allison the owner is fantastic she responded quickly to questions. The team at SATO is great with easy check in and responds quickly to any issues at the house. We love coming to AMI and would highly recommend this house.
