Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds The Moorings of Sarasota is a two story complex. Our unit is an Admiral's Quarters, meaning it's a larger unit. It boasts having the best view. Reviews have informed us that it gives one the feeling of being on a ship surrounded by water. This unit is the only unit in the complex that offers complete privacy. Our Assoc. only allows three leases per year so we are very selective in that process and are looking for longer term rentals of three months or more. The boat slip is included for your use and is a deep water slip accomodating a vehicle of 25 feet.
