Garbage & recycling: bins are provided. Pickup is Monday morning. Please have bins outside for pickup on Sunday evening.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service but have 2 Roku TVs with Guest Mode you can access your subscriptions - bring your account log in information!

50% of full payment is due at booking.  The balance is due 120 days prior to reservation start date.  Bookings within 120 days require full payment at time of booking. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit is required for all reservations. Below are some rules so that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing:

• Your Service Dog may not be left unattended. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES)

• Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

• We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.

• Please walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

• Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can on the side of the house.

• Service animals are not permitted in the pool or spa.

• Service Animals are not permitted on furniture or counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If required, please notify in advance so that we can arrange additional cleaning.

• If we are charged an additional fee by the cleaners, that fee will be passed on to you.
