There are only 9 units on 3 floors which makes it very private. This unit faces the Gulf of Mexico directly west to the water. It is set back about 50 feet from the sand. Indian Sunset is a direct Gulf Front complex comprising 2 buildings. One 2 unit builidng is on the directly on beach and the second 9 unit building is set back from the beach but with a direct west facing Gulf view. Fishing, boating, swimming, golf, and all other activities related to a beach vacation are close by. Fabulous dining (many restaurants within walking distance) and shops are steps away. Approx. 20 mins from St. Pete's/Clearwater airport or 40 mins from Tampa airport. Five minutes to Suncoast Bird Sanctuary, ten minutes to John's Pass, ten minutes to famous Clearwater Beach, 92 miles to Disney/MGM/Epcot etc. Don't have a car? Beach Trolley stops at the front door.

I searched all of the beach towns from Myrtle Beach to Key West to Pensacola for 3 years. Purchased in IRB because of the Village on the Gulf, Safe/Low Crime rate, year round international air service, Storm/Hurricane stats, building height restrictions, quaintness of the cottages and above all, the beach belongs to everyone and access is not restricted to locals.

House Rules
Minimum rental period one week, Saturday to Saturday.The complex has one elevator. It is relatively new but the owner cannot guarantee use if it breaks down. In the 15 years I have owned the reliability has been excellent. There are stairs (two flights) with a very moderate rise if required.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL
"This was our first time at Cheri's place. It was wonderful and the the weather was perfect. The beach and pool were steps away and we enjoyed watching the sunsets every night from the balcony. We could walk to all the fabulous restaurants in the quaint little village just steps away. We did not have to take the car and find parking and we could have a second drink. The condo is very well equipped and has simply everything a person could ever need."

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the village of Indian Rocks Beach was quaint and inviting. The views and accessibility to the beach were both amazing perks as well. Cheri was wonderful to rent from- communicating and checking on us, as well as leaving great info on local attractions and restaurants, etc. We had an amazing trip and would love to come back and rent from her again. Gulf Coast View Fantastic
"This was the first time that my we have booked a Condo in Florida. This home was wonderful. We were able to view the ocean from this second floor condo in both the living room and master bedroom. All we had to do was open the patio door to either watch or hear the ocean. The beach was less then a football field from the condo. We enjoyed going to the beach early in the morning and walking the beach, hunting for shells, and watching the fishermen. We spent most of the morning sitting in lounge chairs (provided by the owner) and watching the ocean or reading. There was also a small heated pool if you didn't want to swim in the ocean. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Restaurants, shops, and the local attractions were an easy walk or very short drive. The neighbors were friendly and offered advise on local attractions and activities. We would love to return to this condo in the future. Cheri left a book which listed care of the condo and appliances; contact information; and information on local attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. She also called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Thanks Cheri for sharing your home with us."

"Wow!!! This was our first visit and would certainly come back! The unit has everything: decorated with vibrant colours, comfortable furnishings....it just calls out to the vacationer! Beautiful sunsets grace a comfortable balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach which is only a few steps from the unit. Cooking in with modern appliances and all the utensils imaginable or dining out at one of the many nearby restaurants or at John's Pass where Waltz Fish Shack was a standout, made mealtimes special. Evening strolls along the beach make each day complete. We are sure that visitors will not be disappointed and will want to return year after year!!"
Perfect Paradise.
"This year was our 8th time at this wonderful condo. It is always very clean and has been very well maintained, with a comfortable living area and spacious bedroom with comfy kingsize bed (both rooms with the wonderful view of the ocean). The kitchen was great before and is now superb as it has been remodelled. It has every appliance that you might need on vacation. There is a selection of beach towels, loungers, chairs and beach umbrella. Cheri is very caring and attentive, we couldn't ask for better. We love this area because it is quiet and the beach never seems too busy. There are great restaurants within walking distance so you don't always have to get in the car. We love waking up to the beautiful view every morning and can't wait to go back for our 9th time. Thanks again Cheri."
