House Rules
Quiet Times are 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. throughout the community.Only 3 cars can be registered with the community security gate, per booking.Full list of house rules is available on our booking form which must be signed to secure your dates.
Terms & Conditions
The lead guest is required to fill out and sign our Booking Agreement in order to complete the booking process. This will be provided to them through HelloSign and can be done electronically.
Failure to fill out this information will result in cancellation of the booking.
No third party bookings allowed. The primary guest MUST be in residence at the property during the entire duration of the booking.
The exterior of the property has four exterior cameras to help keep the property secure. They are directed at the front door, the driveway and the pool equipment. Signing of the Booking Agreement acknowledges the presence and acceptance of these cameras.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 90+ days prior to check-in date will receive full refund less a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations 45-90 days prior to check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 44 days or less before check-in will not be eligible for refunds.
We recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance if you are concerned your plans may have to change.

"Great location and house for large gatherings. There is so much to do in the house - and it's a stones throw from Disney. Well laid out with fun bedrooms for kids and plenty of space for everyone. Bonnie was there to answer my 1000 questions and when we had a few hiccups, was able to put me in touch with a property manager to help get things resolved. I recommend staying here if you want to be able to have fun after the resorts."

Disney/work from home stay
"We were able to have a great extended stay and enjoy the beautiful home, pools and parks. WiFi worked great for those working from Home. Great location to Orlando activities. Close to beaches on both coasts...although Clearwater was the favorite. House had wonderful game room. Spacious, clean, everything you could think of was included and in great condition...we didn't need baby items but noticed they were there as well! Communication was instant for any questions about the property during our stay. A definite 5 star experience."
