House Rules
Duet to severe allergies pets are not allowed to stay or visit Stuck on 'cation. No parties or events are allowed. Reminder: this is a residential neighborhood. Quite time is 9PM. No excessive noise, music, etc... is allowed at any time.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: The time factor is critical in vacation rentals and your deposit will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. NO refunds will be made for canceled reservations unless AMI Locals is able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period of time for the same rental amount. If AMI Locals is able to re-rent the property at no loss to AMI Locals a full refund will be issued minus the non-refundable 6% cancellation fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to re-rent the property. If AMI Locals is able re-rent the home for a portion of the cancelled stay, or for a reduced amount or portion of the original rental fee, the guest will be refunded for the re-rented days or the reduced amount only, minus th...
