Apartment includes:

Full bathroom with tub and shower, fully stocked with towels, make-up removal face towels, hair dryer, flat iron, and curling iron.

Living room and dining room area include great views of the beach. New furnishings, 5 piece dining set, queen sleeper sofa, room darkening curtains for turtle season, and a full screen/flat TV with cable and Fire stick.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, FULL Range/stove, dishwasher, microwave), blender, toaster, Keurig, regular coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and all the essential equipment you need for cooking.  I also provide Keurig pods.

Don't want to cook? Head downstairs to the Sunset Grille and enjoy a meal or order out.

- FREE WIFI/CABLE/Fire stick: secure high-speed fiber optic Internet access via WI-FI or cable. Fire stick too!

- Owner's Closet with beach gear-  It's just outside the condo door. We offer Tommy Bahama supplies: beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, water toys, kids toys, and tennis rackets. Beach towels are in linen closet.

- Laundry Coin/credit card operated laundry room near the elevators. I provide FREE detergent (Tide Pods and eco friendly detergent FREE of charge).

- Secured Building - The building is secure with keyed entry. The parking garage/lot are gated. Secured elevators with keyed access and secured gate/walkway to the beach.

- Pool/Gym/Tennis Courts- Huge heated pool. Heated spa with jets. Fitness center with a view of the beach. Two tennis courts. We have tennis rackets and balls in the owner's closet.

- Parking: The Apollo Condo Association charges $25 to park for the entire length of your stay. They will issue to you a parking pass to place on your rear view mirror and they will collect a $75 deposit which will be refunded when you return the parking pass. The parking pass has a transponder on it which allows 'in and out' access to the parking garage. Unfortunately, RVs aren't allowed.

- Check in/Check out: Check in is at 4pm. Check out is before 10am. There is a $75 late check out fee.

- Payment: I accept checks and most online payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle. Credit cards too with a 2.5% fee.

- Cancellation: If you cancel 60 days before check-in, you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel 59 days before check-in, you will receive 50% refund, unless I re-rent the unit. If you cancel less than 30 days, there is no refund, unless I re-rent the unit.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself.

-Rent a bike (helmet included) from the Apollo parking garage.

-Water sports on the beach: parasailing, jet skis, etc.

-Take an Eco tour of the 10,000 islands

-Watch the dolphins or go shelling near the south point of the Marco beach.

-Fishing -Shelling (Sand Dollars Beach) -Drive to Everglade city and check out the manatees or alligators.

-Volley ball on the beach in front of the Marriott

-Barbecue at Tigertail beach, rent a kayak or paddle board, or watch the eagles in their nest

For your convenience, the entry door is also a keyless Wi-Fi Smart Lock. You will be provided a code to enter for the duration of your stay. (It will be the last four of your phone number you have provided). You may also download the August app and control the lock through your smartphone/device.

We also provide you keys. Feel free to use the lanyards, hanging on the key-hook rack near the entry door. If you lose the keys call us at 202-617-1822 or email me at [email protected]. There is a $75 charge to replace the keys as the elevator key is a specially made key.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: CHECK OUT IS before 10 AM. There is a $75 late check out fee.

PARKING PASS: Return the parking pass by 10:00am on check-out day by placing it in the drop box on the wall that is behind the front desk in the lobby. Once the parking tag is returned, the $75 'equipment hold' that was placed on your credit card will be removed. It can take up to 14 days to appear.

TRASH: Remove all garbage and open food items from the unit and fridge. The Trash/Recycle Room is located at the end of the building, to the North of each floor (near unit 310).

DISHES/LINENS:All dishes and glasses should be washed and placed in the cabinet. Leave only last day’s linens and towels in the laundry basket (one basket maximum- $25 charge for each additional laundry basket). I have provided Tide Pods and eco friendly liquid detergent in the HVAC closet.

Set the A/C to 80 Lock all doors and windows.

KEYS: Leave the keys on the key rack near the condo entrance door.

Please note that we take inventory at the end of each rental to ensure our guests have everything that we have advertised as available in the unit.
