Memorable Thanksgiving Week at Nest on the Beach
"We have enjoyed a number of Thanksgiving weeks with family at Anna Maria Island at some wonderful rental homes. However, none has measured up to Nest on the Beach. Beginning with the pre-trip information provided by owner, Liza, our anticipation was heightened. When she met us upon arrival and provided a tour of the home with explanation of all the amenities and "moving parts" her home had to offer our week was off to a wonderful start! As for the home itself, it has no peer on the Island. It is magnificent! It is modern with architectural touches simply not found in a rental property. It was obvious to us that no expense was spared ... unique curved walls with exquisite baseboards and crown molding, a designer's masterpiece staircase, state-of-the art kitchen with high-end appliances, modern fixtures in all 5 1/2 bathrooms, an elevator one would find in a fine hotel and, of course a pool/hot tub combination (with an elegant outdoor shower) that we all agreed had to be the nicest on the Island. The view from the home is spectacular! A full wall of glass sliders in the living area, as well as in the master bedroom, provide perfect views of the beach, the Gulf and, of course, the amazing sunsets! The finishing touches to the home are to many to list in this summary. Suffice to say, Nest on the Beach is an extraordinary beach home that will leave you in awe of the uncommon features that we were fortunate to have enjoyed. Our "hats off" to Liza and her husband for the vision to build such a masterpiece and our appreciation to them for sharing it with us during this special time of year. It could not have been more perfect!"

"We have been to Anna Maria Island 5 times on family vacation. Nest on the Beach was a great location on the north end of the island. The house is beautiful, well appointed and the property owners were very responsive and helpful with tips, tricks and suggestions for island life! "OMG..this is the best place that our group of 8 has stayed in ever! We always meet once a year somewhere in the US and have decide we will come back here. The owner is generous and very helpful with lists of things to do. But it is hard to leave this house with it's beautiful views and beaches. Love this place.

"Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. Our family of six adults and one toddler stayed at Nest On The Beach for eight nights. From the time we reserved this beautiful home untill checking out, dealing with the property owner Liza was amazing. One of the kindest ladies we have met. She had everything covered, which made our time spent their so enjoyable, everything from the beautiful dishes to the super comfortable beds. The view and sunsets were gorgeous. The path to the gulf coming right from the pool which we used every day was super nice. Everything in this home is top of the line. "Perfect beach house.. So well thought out and designed. We were there on a week where storms rolled in daily and it was awesome being able to be on the beach watching the storms roll in then take the short walk back to the house and sit in the covered hot tub while it stormed. Phenomenal. The covered balconies were the best place to take a nap and take in the incredible views. North end of island is the place to be. We were about 10 minute slow walk to bean point. I am usually ready to come home at the end of a vacation - not this time. Such a comfortable home. in a beautiful location.. Thank You for opening your home to us.

"The owner couldn’t have been more wonderful!!! We were greeted with a chilled bottle of wine and a giant cake cookie and a warm welcoming from the owner. The appliances are all new and the finishes were super high end!!! The house is truly a masterpiece, the views and location were stunning! Best location on the beach with all the beach supplies at our disposal. The pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake!!! Beds super comfy and sheets so soft!!! We will be returning for many years to come. Truly the best home on the island!!! Thank you so much to Liza for making this such a fabulous trip!!!!"

Perfection
"We (6 adults) stayed for 8 days at the 'Nest.' It was outstanding! Having stayed in other VRBO/AirB&B/etc places in the past, this was easily the most incredible and well equipped home for our stay. Upon walking up the stairs to the main floor my son said "so this is how the 1% live!" The place is laid out so that the ocean view is the primary focus with expansive glass sliding doors and huge decks across the entire west side of the home on both floors, The views are spectacular. The East facing rooms each have their own decks, too. So catch the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other! The main floor is very open with well thought out furniture. The dining table has 6 chairs which was perfect for us and the kitchen island seating has several more stools. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the main living area and on the decks. The kitchen is all high end appliances. With a giant refrigerator and induction stove. Part of the fun we had planned was teaming up to do meals together. Unlike all other places we stayed, the Nest had everything we could possibly need to cook whatever we want indoors and a nice grill outside. The owner, Liza, truly cared about us having a great experience at her place, even pre-purchasing some common items that guests might need if they arrive late. Wow! She checked in via text to make sure our needs were met and when we had a minor problem, came quickly to resolve it. We truly appreciated the pool/spa area. We had 8 days of 90 degrees and no rain (yay!), so it was nice that the pool and spa were located in a patio area under the building's main floor. The shade was very welcome! The pictures don't really do justice to how nice the pool area is. We used it a lot when we weren't at the beach. The spa is quite large, likely able to fit 10 or more. The beach is about 100 yards over the dunes, so a 1-2 minute walk. Liza prepared a beach wagon equipped with many things you might want, which is nice. We rented paddleboards and kayaks and kept them in the pool area out of the way when we weren't using them. A bit heavy to carry to beach, but we didn't have any issues. The beach is on the quiet north end of the island. There is a public access right there, but few use it. 10x less crowded than the other main beaches on AMI. As for AMI itself. It is very fun to see the shops and try the interesting eateries, but for us, the beach, wildlife and family togetherness were the trip highlights!"

A Little Slice Of Heaven
"I was saying it all week long, “Nest on the Beach on Anna Maria Island is a little slice of Heaven.” The pictures of the home on the website are beautiful, but they can’t begin to do justice to the stunning views of the white sand beach and the turquoise/green ocean water out of almost every window. We would find ourselves just standing and staring out of the windows at the “million dollar views.” It was so peaceful. I told Liza her home and hospitality were wonderful. We felt at home and yet pampered all at the same time and truly lacked for nothing in Liza and Kit’s home. Thank you again for sharing it with us! ?? Lynn Luna and Family"

Beyond stunning!
"The Nest on the Beach on Anna Maria Island is an oasis of happiness! We had an absolutely incredible vacation with our young family and my parents. Liza and Kit were the bests hosts ever. From booking through to check-out, Liza was amazing. Every detail in the house has been lovingly and thoughtfully designed. The interior decor is breathtaking. The sights, smells and views of the Gulf are awe-inspiring. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The beach in front of the house is powder-white and beautiful. Every day, we did the gorgeous beach-walk around the tip of Bean Point to The Rod n Reel Pier. You can walk the other way to dinner at the delicious Sandbar restaurant on the beach. This rental was literally beyond our wildest dreams! Thank you Liza and Kit!!!"

Perfect quiet beach getaway
"We absolutely loved this home. Everyone had their own bedroom and a bathroom (beds were really comfortable!). The kitchen and living area is so open with a beautiful view. We spent most of our time there and enjoyed the games and puzzles that were there. We spent a lot of time on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or in the evening with a margarita watching the sun set! Loved having the kitchen. We got groceries so we could relax more in our beautiful vacation home and not be waiting at restaurants. We did walk to Pine Ave a few times for ice cream and donuts :) The wagon with all the gear for the beach was perfect. We went out to the beach almost every day for some portion of the day and then after we got back the kids would swim in the pool which is often shaded (they needed to get out of the sun for awhile). Liza was very helpful answering any questions we had, and coming over to fix the wifi that didn't work the second day. I wish I was back there now, and hope we can go back soon!"

"A truly magnificent home in the best location. Stunning views, directly on the gulf side of the island where we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets every night. Located on a quiet street near the point of the island and yet so accessible to the action down on Pine Ave. The attention to detail in architecture, design, and decor is first rate. The heated pool is large enough for kids to play and the hot tub is huge (and runs on a separate heater!) The pool lights, heaters, and systems are top notch and work as promised. Luxurious, impeccably maintained, light filled, and feels like home. You will never want to leave. A truly magical experience for the entire family!"

"Traveled to ami for the first time with my husband our 3 year old and a few friends! The island is so perfect, the beaches were gorgeous, and the house was something from a magazine! Everything in this house was so well thought out. From the views of the ocean, to the beautiful decor, the scent, the upscale kitchen appliances, the lovely linens, and the elevator for groceries and luggage. The outside grounds and pool area were perfect and everything was very well maintained and cared for! The owners Liza & Kit are amazing! They allowed for us to have early check in since our flight was arriving early. That was super sweet considering we were traveling with a toddler who was ready for a nap. When we arrived we were greeted by Liza. She showed us all around the home, and had a bottle of wine and a sweet little cookie cake and juice boxes for my daughter. Truley a Beach Paradise!
"From first contact to check out Liza was a delight to deal with! Kit welcomed us (early thank you) and showed us everything the house had to offer, from the great fully stock kitchen to the 4 bedrooms with wonderful bathrooms to the outstanding Master bedroom with the greatest view in the house and the best Master bathroom also! What a delight to wake up every morning with that view! Did I mention the pool and spa? We had to decide between the beach, pool, or spa ! We wanted to extend our vacation for an extra week! (We almost did!) The elevator was a great help to get our luggage and supplies to the proper areas. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms plus beach towels for the beach, pool, and spa. High end appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. We were left wanting NOTHING ! Liza and Kit have thought of everything to make our stay one of the most memorable weeks at the beach. We will be in contact when we return to the area! Thank you again!"

"From booking, checking in and even after we checked out Liza was a joy to work with. She was so very hospitable, it felt as though we were staying at a dear friends home instead of someone we had never met. The house was amazingly gorgeous, no detail overlooked. The kitchen was stocked with any and every item you could possibly need, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, a beach wagon of toys for the kids and chairs. The house was very clean and family friendly, plenty of room for my 8, 7, and 2 year old children, my mother and husband and myself. The view was heavenly, not to mention the gorgeous ocean breeze by the pool and on the balconies. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach whenever we wanted and then back to enjoy the pool. So many good restaurants nearby and plenty to do. I would definitely recommend staying at Nest on the Beach. We loved it so much we did not want to leave!!"

Nest on the Beach is a special place and made our time on Anna Maria Island simply wonderful!
"From Liza's incredibly lovely and gracious welcome (that started even before we arrived and continued until after we had left), to the fabulously decorated and well appointed rooms (we're talking straight out of a magazine) and fully stocked kitchen, to the amazing outdoor spaces (extraordinary for lounging and napping ... lots of napping) to the absolutely breathtaking views and incredible beachfront location -- this home was truly an integral part of our family vacation. The house was so conducive to spending time together but also provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We're convinced that or vacation just wouldn't have been nearly as special if we had stayed in another house, or with another host, or been anywhere else on the island. The beach, the sunsets, the proximity to the adorable shops on and around Pine Ave, and the northern location made the home that much more wonderful. We checked out all the "cities" on AMI and the quaintness and peacefulness of Anna Maria at the northern end was just right for us. We miss you already, Nest on the Beach...and can't wait to see you again!"

Perfect home , perfect location!
"We absolutely loved our time at Nest on the Beach! As frequent visitors to the Anna Maria / Longboat Key area, I can confidently say that this home is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beach and adorable town. From the moment we inquired about Nest on the Beach, Liza (the owner) was incredibly responsive to questions, extremely helpful, and very, very nice. We were greeted warmly upon arrival by Liza, and found that she had brought along beach toys for our kids, and loaded up the wagon with beach chairs and towels for us. Liza and her husband have designed a beautiful home, and, even better is that it is as comfortable and livable as it is gorgeous! Every room is decorated impeccably, and every detail has been attended to. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools and utensils needed for cooking/baking during our stay. Having private bathrooms attached to each bedroom is incredibly convenient, and it helps that the bathrooms are each unique and so pretty. Our 4 kids loved the bedrooms so much that they had trouble deciding where to sleep each night... the pink canopy bed was the far and away favorite for our 7 and 5 year old daughters. They loved getting to sleep in a 'princess bed' every night. The master suite is definitely the best place to relax and fall asleep at the beach. The bed is super comfy, and waking up every morning to a panoramic view of the beach/ocean is pure perfection. The deck off of the master is hands down the best place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. The private pool and hot tub at Nest on the Beach are as perfect as it gets. Having a large portion of the pool covered was a nice treat, as it meant that our kids could enjoy swimming without being in the direct sun all day long. The beautiful deck area and patio around the pool meant that there were also plenty of places to enjoy the sun if that is your desire. The direct access to the Beach made it easy to head over and spend some ocean time. Liza and Kit have provided chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and everything else required to enjoy an afternoon or evening at the beautiful beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded, and we were lucky enough to have close encounters with Manatees and even a beach turtle. This home is perfection, and the location and amenities are the best around. Liza and Kit are extremely warm and generous hosts, and we left feeling like friends! We can't wait to come back next year!"

"We loved staying in this beautiful new home right on the beach. The home is beautifully furnished and is extremely clean. Having our own private pool and hot tub was a real treat. We liked having the outdoor shower too as it made cleaning off sand quick, easy, and fun. There was plenty of room for my family of five and comfortable seating throughout for everyone. The owner, Liza, is just as amazing as the home. We felt more like guests in her home than renters. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to return again ourselves."

"As all reviews express, this is a lovely house in a most beautiful situation. Liz, the host, was most helpful in advance of booking and was there to greet us on arrival. She was also available for any queries we had. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you could wish for. There is very generous provision of bathroom and pool towels, shower gel in each bathroom, dish washer tabs and laundry products - all the items you don’t wish to be without. Pool and jacuzzi are large and fabulous. Excellent in all ways. Thank you"

Perfect August beach week
"My family and I spent a perfect week at the Nest on the Beach. It'd be hard to overstate how lovely the property was and how accommodating and communicative a host Liza was. We had a range of ages from 18 months into the late 60s, with all the different preferences and activity levels that entails. The Nest was perfect for everyone. Just footsteps to some of the loveliest gulf beach we've ever seen, and all the amenities needed for a full beach day - chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, coolers - were right there, already packed up in a convenient wagon. Walking distance (or a very short drive) to the main commercial streets of Anna Maria, with lots of charming restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops. What really makes this property stand out are (1) the kindness of the owner; (2) the incredible gulf views (especially at sunset) on every level of the house; and (3) the beautiful, thoughtful interior decor. Some of our favorite memories: -Drinking margaritas on the balcony while watching the sunset every night. -Walking up the beach to Bean Point to look for shells and manatees. -Strolling down to Pine street after dinner for ice cream. Easily one of the very best vacation rentals any of us had the pleasure of staying in. We're already planning our return trip for next year."

A Perfect Vacation!
"Nest on the Beach has everything you could possibly want. The best views on the island gave us a reason to hurry back after dinner to watch the sunset from our balcony. With four adults and four kids, we had ample space to spread out and enjoy the week. The home is amazingly clean and well-maintained by our wonderful host, Liza. Absolute Perfection
"Wow! Everything about Nest on the Beach was spectacular! The location, the views, the home, the amenities, the host….it was an absolute dream to stay here. The beach was so peaceful and tucked away from crowded areas. We loved watching sunsets on the beach and walking back to the house for a swim in the pool with the fun lights! We loved all the wildlife - we saw manatees, bunnies, tortoises, and even saw sea turtles hatching! We will forever remember our first stay here and hope to make it back many times in the future!! The most amazing vacation!!
"I don't even know where to begin - Nest on the Beach is hands down the most fabulous vacation rental we have ever had the privilege to rent - in AMI or elsewhere! Our amazing experience started with the excellent communication from the owner, Liza! She also greeted us upon arrival and departure, and had a wonderful cookie cake and bottle of wine for us to enjoy when we got there. The location of the home is absolutely perfect! The home itself is beyond beautiful, and it has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation (kitchen is well stocked - everything you need including dish detergent, soap, trash bags; bathrooms have soap, shower gel, and toilet paper, along with qtips and tissues - hardly any rentals have these! and there is a great beach buggy with chairs, toys and umbrellas - amazing!). The home is sparkling clean, even the outdoor furniture!! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the family room, playing backgammon and cards, taking in the AMAZING view! The sunset views from the home were just stunning! The pool/hot tub was perfectly heated, and it is so nice to be under cover in the pool/hot tub after returning from a day on the beach! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Nest on the Beach, it is a very special home, and we hope to return in the future!"

"What a wonderful week at Nest on the Beach. Liza, hands down was the perfect host! She greeted us and showed us around her lovely home. Knowing we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday, she had a cookie cake, champagne, and a card waiting for him on the dining table ~ such a sweet surprise! The location of the home was fantastic, all the rooms were immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need! Every morning we spent having coffee looking out to the ocean on the balcony and in the evening having drinks enjoying the sunsets. The beach was wonderful and having the pool and hot tub was such a bonus! We absolutely loved our stay at the Nest!"

"Nest on the Beach is such a gem. Liza and her husband thought through every little detail and it shows throughout—convenient location on AMI; beautiful fixtures; comfortable beds and furnishings; beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and wagon; fantastic views; amazing outdoor shower; pool and hot tub that were shaded in the late afternoon—perfect for us all when we’d had enough sun; and so much more. Immediately upon booking, Liza sent a detailed message with wonderful local recommendations. It introduced us to the area but also set the tone for her excellent communication. Pine Ave. is close enough to walk or only a quick two-minute drive. It was a perfect week, and we’re already booked for next year."

First time at this house
"We rent beach houses 1-2 times a year for 10+ years plus. I'd say this is def one of the cleanest and easiest check-out houses ever. Also, the pool was amazing. It's in the shade all day which is a real lifesaver for little kids. The beach is right there and awesome. The owners were super nice. Heads up the island hasn't some quirky parking rules that the parking police on the island take super seriously. Of all the houses over the years, this is easily one of the best we've stayed in!"

"Easy to rent due to great communication with owner…5 private bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for our group. The large open floor plan that included TV area, kitchen/dining area with large balcony overlooking the beach/ocean was perfect for gathering for games, movies and happy hours. The elevator was definitely a plus for getting luggage to 3rd floor. (I personally loved taking the beautiful steps). The area was great for walking with lots of beach access routes and lots of dining options within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) I walked early one morning by myself just exploring and ended up walking 7 miles. The area is charming, the house is lovely, and the landscaping/garden is beautiful. Oh, and there is a patio with a pool and hot tub…unfortunately the weather didn’t permit us to use it…This was the perfect place for this Senior group of friends!"

"My family absolutely loved this trip. AMI has become our favorite US destinations for sure. And alot of that had to do with Liz and her fabulous house. We had the best time just hanging around at the house, enjoying the pool, hot tub and the amazing sunsets from the balconies. This house is amazing, I can't say it enough. We ran into a few minor troubles and Liz had them dealt with almost immediately. We all loved Rocksii, she is the sweetest. You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous house or this quaint little area of AMI. The people are so warm and welcoming. Definitely rent bikes, that was a favorite for my family. Thanks for opening your wonderful home to us for an amazing week."

Great Experience - Excited to Return
"We have nothing but great things to say about Nest on the Beach and Liza. The house was spotless. She greeted us upon arrival to show us around which was great. The area is perfect! Having a pool made it especially great for the kids. The house has every possible amenity to make for a stress free stay, even a child safety alarm at the pool door. The kitchen was fully equipped, WiFi excellent... I just don't have enough good things to say! We will rent a golf cart next time to get around. It's so close to everything - golf cart is easier than a car. We are thankful for the experience and the lovely owners who rented us the house.

An Amazing Vacation
"Nest on the Beach is a stunning property! We stayed here with our family and couldn't have asked for a better home or location. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Each of our children had their own bedroom and bathroom which is always a plus! A cart with chairs and an umbrella were provided for the beach which is a short walk from the back of the property. We loved to end our day in the pool and hot tub. Our hosts, Liza and her husband were so gracious and helpful! They gave us many great ideas of places to see and activities to participate in. We were pleased to be situated so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk or ride a golf cart to. We highly recommend Nest on the Beach and AMI. We had an amazing vacation and will most definitely be renting this property again!

"Five-star reviews should be reserved for those truly special events, accommodations, and hosts who go above and beyond what they should be providing to their guests. Meeting expectations shouldn't be worth five stars. That said, I very rarely leave five star reviews. This is the exception - the location, the cleanliness, the thoughtfulness of the host, everything was above and beyond what you could possibly expect from a vacation rental. It felt like staying with family. You will not go wrong booking this home. There are no downsides. There are no "but...". There are no "if only..." or suggestions on this one. Bring your family, bring your luggage, come check in and prepare to relax for the entire week.

"This is one of the most stunning and beautiful properties I have ever been in. It is flawless in design and every detail. I felt like I was on an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" . My family and I enjoyed it so much we can't wait to go back. we have stayed at many other properties in Anna Maria Island but we have found our "go-to" place. Property owners are very much available and attentive to every detail. We are currently have post-vacation depression but are well-rested, recharged and ready for challenges and opportunities ahead!"

A perfect paradise!!!
"A perfect home on a perfect beach! "Nest on the Beach" was everything we had hoped it would be and then some! From the most gracious hosts to the perfectly appointed home our vacation here was everything we had hoped for and more! We just cannot say enough. Liza and Kit were so kind and accommodating from the time we booked their beautiful home until checkout. When we arrived we were greeted by Liza to show us around and make sure we knew they were close by if we needed anything at all during our stay (we didn't-their home had it all!) She had a bottle of wine chilling and the sweetest cookie cake! We felt so comfortable and at home from the minute we walked in. Our 10 day stay couldn't have been more perfect. This house truly has it all! From the most comfortable beds to the breathtaking views of the sunset from the balconies! The short stroll from the house down to the white sand beach along the path was so convenient. Everything about our stay was simply perfect thanks to Liza and Kit and all of the thought they put into making sure their guests have everything they need. It was so hard to leave! Thank you Liza and Kit for helping make our first trip to Anna Maria magical! We hope to be back very soon!"

Perfect August beach week
"My family and I spent a perfect week at the Nest on the Beach. It'd be hard to overstate how lovely the property was and how accommodating and communicative a host Liza was. We had a range of ages from 18 months into the late 60s, with all the different preferences and activity levels that entails. The Nest was perfect for everyone. Just footsteps to some of the loveliest gulf beach we've ever seen, and all the amenities needed for a full beach day - chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, coolers - were right there, already packed up in a convenient wagon. Walking distance (or a very short drive) to the main commercial streets of Anna Maria, with lots of charming restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops. What really makes this property stand out are (1) the kindness of the owner; (2) the incredible gulf views (especially at sunset) on every level of the house; and (3) the beautiful, thoughtful interior decor. Some of our favorite memories: -Drinking margaritas on the balcony while watching the sunset every night. -Walking up the beach to Bean Point to look for shells and manatees. -Strolling down to Pine street after dinner for ice cream. Easily one of the very best vacation rentals any of us had the pleasure of staying in. We're already planning our return trip for next year."

"I typically don’t write reviews but felt compelled to do so for Nest on the Beach. The property is truly amazing! The views inside and out are unbelievable, the furniture and decor is divine, and Liza is beyond a super host. It was a little more than we originally wanted to spend but decided to treat ourselves and it was worth every penny and then some. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and perfect for a 2nd family of 4 to join. We will definitely be back!"

Best Vacation Ever
"This family vacation will go down in history as the best one we have taken. Liza was prompt and thorough with communication and took away the stress of planning. While pictures of the property were stunning online...the house is breathtaking once you see it. There is just something about having a completely unobstructed view of the ocean...we were in awe every day. AMI has always been one of our happy places and now I'm not sure we can ever stay in any other beach house. Pros: the location just .5 beach walk to the sandbar restaurant where you can use the outdoor window for a delicious beach cocktail... Hot tub was hot and big enough for 6 tall adults :) Kitchen was stocked with several spices and supplies to get you going Laundry room was perfect....yes I'm a vacationing laundry person Tons of places to hang out and enjoy the people you are with. The views will require you to stand or sit and just watch the ocean. Liza truly makes you feel like a guest in her home Cons: vacation time ended and we had to return to reality which does not have an ocean view :( Do not hesitate to plan a vacation at Nest on the Beach! Time with our loved ones is precious...make it as special as you can.....while looking at one of the best sunsets you will ever see.

I LOVE the sunsets from the decks at Nest on the Beach too.... nearly impossible to describe how beautiful they are! Great escape from the NH cold. Sunsets and Dolphins
"The Nest on the Beach provided the essence of a great vacation in Anna Maria during NH school vacation week (last week of Feb. 2020). During our 7 days our family group of 8 watched the sunset into the Gulf on at least 4 of those days. We had both sets of grandparents and 2 grandkids ages 8 and 5. We saw a turtle making its way towards the beach from just a few yards from the pool. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very nice to have. Our day excursions with local tour groups enabled us to have some great fishing (cooked a few in the kitchen), dolphin sightings (many) and time on the beach where the Gulf waters were warm enough to go completely in. We even had space to park a golf cart we had for 2 days in addition to our 2 cars. No issues with the home and the one minor temporary glitch we did run into (disposal) Liza had someone take care of right away. Liza and Kit were gracious and we're looking to return when ever we can."

Fall Renewal in Paradise
"We decided to rent Nest on the Beach to get a change of scenery (pandemic depression cure), to safely see some family, and to celebrate a few recent milestone birthdays. Nest on the Beach was the perfect solution! The home was absolutely stunning and we had everything we needed (and them some) available at the home. Liza had been great to work with from our initial inquiry through our final goodbye. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay met our standards and that we were enjoying ourselves. As it happened, we arrived during the week when Tropical Storm/later hurricane Sally was making her way up the gulf coast. We were in no danger of her hitting us, however, she was a wet one and the weather had it's moments. No problem for us because Nest on the Beach had an amazing covered pool and hot tub that we could lounge and play in each and every day no matter the weather. The balconies were also covered and were still dry through most of the wet weather. Great reading spots were everywhere. and they had plenty of games and puzzles to entertain us all. The views were amazing in the sun and the rain. Plus, we loved being right at the water so that we could meander down to the beach for walks, sunsets, and some moments of sunning. We all thoroughly enjoyed the quiet nature of that end of the island and felt safe and happy each and every day. Everyone agreed at the end of the stay that we all would love to come back soon and that we will have wonderful memories from this amazing visit."

"From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're in your own little piece of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (every day), we cooked a few meals in the kitchen and the view of the gulf at sunset while cooking made it all that more enjoyable. The hosts were great with sending helpful suggestions for just about anything you would need while you are there. We definitely hope to visit again in the near future with some friends! Also, we highly recommend the sunset dinner at the Sandbar for one of your dinners.... oh, and donuts at The Donut Experiment!??"
