Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation haven nestled within the prestigious Solterra Resort in the beautiful town of Davenport, Florida. With its spacious layout, luxurious amenities, and proximity to popular attractions like Disney, this is the perfect place for your dream getaway!

Bedrooms:

Our meticulously designed retreat boasts five elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite or adjacent bathroom. Comfort and relaxation are ensured with plush bedding, ample storage space, and stylish decor. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the other two are themed with children in mind. Our Mickey room has two twin beds, while our Avengers room features a full-over-full bunk and a stand-alone full-size bed. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, everyone will find their own personal haven within these walls. Travel and sleep with peace of mind as we supply a pack n' play and baby monitor to keep an eye on little ones

Located in Solterra Resort, you're just 10 miles away from the enchantment of Disney World, making it a breeze to experience the magic whenever you please. Additionally, you'll find a plethora of dining options, shopping centers, and other attractions in the nearby vicinity, ensuring that entertainment is always within reach. You will also be walking distance to the clubhouse and all the great amenities Solterra has to offer!

The common areas of our property are spacious and inviting, offering plenty of room for everyone to gather and create lasting memories. The open-concept living room features comfortable seating arrangements, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the outdoor pool area.

Kitchen:

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you'll need. The adjacent dining area offers a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together or planning your day's adventures. A high chair is also supplied for families traveling with toddlers

Game Room and Retro Arcade:

For the young at heart, our air-conditioned garage has been transformed into a thrilling game room, complete with air hockey and basketball! Pub tables are available for whoever is next in the game! In our upstairs loft we have a two person sit down arcade machine, perfect to unwind and relax after a day at the parks

Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside and experience true vacation bliss in your private outdoor oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the relaxing spa. Lounge on the comfortable deck chairs, soak up the Florida sun, and savor alfresco meals at the outdoor dining area. The pool area is fully screened to allow you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Pool heat is available at an additional charge of $25/day.
