Amazing place! Met all our needs!

"I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Location is great: just 2 blocks to the beach and a block from the free trolley stop. The house had tons of room for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). You could easily sleep 6 adults and 4 kids if kids can stay together. There are three good size rooms with comfortable king beds and very nice bathrooms, and another room with 4 bunk beds for kids. It is a beautiful home with very up to date finishings and decor. It came stocked with everything you’d need for a week on the island, including a nice wagon for hauling things to the beach. The pool is amazing. Nice and warm. Very well maintained. Our 3 year old wanted to spend every minute there. It has a nice built in table to set your drink and a hot tub too. Very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we come back to AMI."

"I recently stayed at this property with my wife, two kids (2 & 4) and my in-laws and it was the perfect space for us. The kids loved the pool/hot tub as well as the trolley that ran around town. The location of this house is perfect, with the beach being a short walk away so we could load the kids up in the wagon and beach toys (all provided at the house) and head to the beach. It was our first trip to the island and it was raining a lot, but we made the most of it. The house had everything that we needed with an abundance of towels and having the on-site washer/dryer was a huge bonus. If you're thinking of visiting the island and want to have enough space to spread out, this is the place for you."

"We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are well sized, bathrooms clean and big. The pool is perfect for any age and the water stays nice and warm! Just a short 2 block walk to the beach. Lots of sand toys included, with a wagon and beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Should we visit AMI again, we will definitely try to book this house!"

Absolutely delightful

"This property was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent -- it is a short walk to the beach and 1 mile from the best restaurants in AMI. The neighborhood is quiet and orderly. The unit was well appointed (lovely, comfortable decor) and spotlessly clean. My children adored the private pool and hot tub. We appreciated the amenities -- 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Emma and Claire responded quickly to a couple of questions. We have no complaints and would be delighted to return."

"What a wonderful stay with many memories created! We loved this home. It was just right for our family. We would take bike rides around the island, walk to the beach, enjoy a dip in the pool. Perfect to make food at the house or enjoy a meal out. We will definitely be back!"

Upscale, new, lovely decor

"The side by side condo was a perfect place for my husband and I and our 5 year old to enjoy spring break. Pool was warm, hot tub was even warmer and we spent alot of time relaxing in it! The walk to the beach was easy and wagon, chairs, umbrella provided. 2 bikes available as well and we rented a tag a log for our son. I did not personally care for the mattresses on the bed, but everyone has their own liking. We grilled out one night and did most of our own cooking. There is no food amenities provided so we had to buy coffee filters, salt and pepper. For some reason we only had one garbage bag for the entire week in the kitchen and we did not feel like buying a box of garbage bags. They had plenty of nice beach and pool towels as well and soft freshly bleached bath towels. They also had one hair dryer for the 1 time I felt like using one! :) The condo is tri level if anyone has problems with stairs there is 2 bunk beds on main level, 1 king on main level, 2nd king on 2nd level, and 3rd king on 3rd level plus a downstairs to the garage. Steps also lead off the back balcony to the pool and hot tub. They had a patio set with umbrella by the pool as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to shower off from the beach. We did have some noise coming from the other condo, but it's to be expected with a large family full of kids swimming right next to you--it was not anything overtly noisy, just that you can hear conversations and music from your neighboring condo. The condo is beautiful and it was a great place to vacation!"

Nice home on wonderful Anna Maria Island

This holiday home is new, clean, and nicely furnished. The two baths are roomy with good water pressure. Washer/dryer, dish washer and microwave all brand new. The backyard is nicely landscaped and the pool, while small, is great for lounging (my 20-some children enjoyed sipping beers at the table in the pool. Just two-and-a-half blocks from the island's famous beautiful beaches. Downsides were a dirty grill (though it cleaned up well), a squishy living room sofa, and location right next to the main road leading in and out of the island. The latter was not a problem inside as the sound-proofing was excellent, but it was noisy by the pool.

Ok overall but interior decor is bit dated & needs freshened up

Good size property for small family & central location to main amenities, restaurants & beaches.

Property needed updated interior, with some painting & new outside furniture, linen & kitchenware.

Air conditioning was OK but very noisy, along quite busy main road.

Pool was not cleaned during stay & jacuzzi did not appear to work correctly.

Overall we enjoyed Anna Maria island but property was just ok.

This was our second visit to Anna Maria Island. We stayed in the five bedroom last year which is attached to the three bedroom that we stayed in this year. It's very clean and comfortable. The pool is AMAZING and we had a great time! Highly recommend these two locations.

The house was perfect for our group. We had people in and out for our wedding weekend with plenty of space for all the extended family. For the latter part of the stay the three of us spread out, relaxed by the pool, and continued to enjoy all the island had to offer. We are all in agreement for a return. We had a great a great time in Anna Maria Island and the house was fantastic! We couldn't have ask for better managers or owners. The house was clean. They were flexible and understanding with us. The house is a great layout. The pool area is fun. The pool is a perfect place to go after a day at the beach and there is an outdoor shower. The house has all the amenities you need and they are in great condition!
