"We took our family on a little getaway and skips place couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the perfect size for the 7 of us (2 adults, 4 kiddos and a baby) we had plenty of room, no one felt crowded. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was that the beach was maybe a 1 minute walk. We would wake up at seven, make coffee, and let the kids boogie board for an hour or two before coming back to have breakfast. We were back and forth all day. The beach was close enough that we didn’t need to bring a bunch of stuff down there. The pool has an outside shower for rinsing off which was super nice. All in all, it was an absolutely wonderful time, and we will definitely be back again. September 2023"

"Great vacation spot! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could possibly need and more! Having all the beach toys/chairs there was so helpful! The only downside was that the boardwalk pictured was out of service due to broken boards. My brother is handicap and cannot walk long distances, so this hindered him being able to enjoy the view of the beach fully. I was also looking forward to spending time a little closer to the view of the beach without having to walk down the public access which was beside the condo itself. I hope they will get that fixed soon! Besides that, everything was perfect. Great location on butler beach away from all the traffic. Very short drive to all the fun of St. Augustine. The pool was a huge hit for all the family. We loved eating at Crabby’s beachside. Great food, service, and atmosphere. We wish to go back when we have more time to explore. "This is one of the best equipped beach residences I have ever rented. From the beach chairs, toys, etc. to the towels and kitchen wares everything was hospitable and made for an easy stay. The condo is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. The master suite is spacious! We enjoyed the convenience to the beach and to St. Augustine. Well done! I would certainly stay here again! "We stayed here for a week over spring break. Condo had everything you would need to stay in the entire time. But we definitely went out for dinners. Very short drive up A1A to restaurants and pier. Downtown St Augustine not much further. This location is a minute walk to the beach and the room came with everything but a beach blanket for posting up on the beach all day. We would definitely book this again when visiting St Augustine. Stayed 7 nights in Apr 2023"

"This condo rental was just as the pictures and described and was even better! It was perfect for our family get away for the 4th of July week. The weather was perfect and the condo had a comfy home feeling! Everything we needed was there and the Special Little touches made it even more comfortable.
