Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds of advance payments. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date. No refunds of any advance payments will be made unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately so that we may attempt to re-rent the unit. For cancellations at least sixty (60) days prior to your reserved time period, once the unit is re-rented for the same time period as your original reservation, your advance payment will be partially refunded, subject to the cancellation fee. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit.

"Right on the Beach, great sunsets, a lovely community, a great house, what more could anyone want? The house was well equipped, and Kathleen went the extra yard -- several welcome baskets with useful items (and bottle of wine!) were provided. The Cable TV and internet were a little dated, but worked fine overall. Good laundry facilities, two baths, and room for the whole family. It happened that the weather was perfect while we were there, so nothing but positive things to say. Thanks Kathleen for a great vacation!"

Lovely beachfront vacation
"We stayed here for Spring Break. We arrived a little early and Kathleen was able to accommodate an earlier check in time, which was wonderful. We arrived and the house was spotless. We had no problems with anything in the house the entire week. There was an adorable welcome basket waiting for us along with fresh flowers. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you need for a week on the beach - plenty of beach towels, sand toys & chairs, blender, and even an under the counter ice maker! The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony are spectacular and each night we sat outside and watched breathtaking sunsets. The beach is only steps away, which was so convenient since we have 2 young children. Plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. We enjoyed walking to the Kooky Coconut for ice cream. Kathleen was available for any questions I had and was very responsive. I will not hesitate to stay here again for future vacations!"
Great vacation rental directly on the beach
"We'd definitely recommend this rental. We had a great experience from the very beginning to the end of our stay. There were 7 of us, two families, staying and we found it to be very comfortable for all of us. Spacious rooms, plenty of storage and closet space for all your things. The office was a bit odd, might be better suited to be a bedroom but we turned it into a place for the lone boy in our group. Large living area with tons of seating. The dining table seats 8 as well. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of towels for both bath and beach. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. We didn't need to buy a thing! Kathleen was very responsive before, during and at the end of our stay. Things to note: this beach is pretty quiet compared to others we've stayed at. No college kids, mostly families. Not much within walking distance, restaurants, shops, groceries. You'll need to drive to get place but the traffic is doable. We made some great memories there and would definitely stay again! "
