Policies
General Policies
Rentals are normally scheduled from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are times throughout the year when we may be able to work with you to accept bookings which do not begin and end on a Saturday so please send us an inquiry first. On receipt of your preferred dates, we will do my best to accommodate your request with a prompt reply by email. If your dates straddle a holiday week, the cost of your reservation may be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate.
7 day minimum rental required as per City of Holmes Beach code compliance VRC16-000042 DBPR:DWE5105092
House Rules
Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.We do not accept pets.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: Cancellation on or within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Entire Reservation deposit of $300 is non-refundable on any cancellation request.
COVID-19 cancellation policy: If the Governor of Florida closes the state to short term rentals, you can claim a full refund of any payments made.
