Please do not use the balcony railing for hanging wet suits and towels. We will get a call so lets just avoid that :)

Guests will receive 2 parking passes (located in the unit upon check-in) - one assigned spot in the main structure and one overflow parking (first-come, first-serve). Please leave the parking pass in the room upon checkout. Please see additional parking info as needed OR reach out to Erica with any questions.

Guests MUST wear armbands while on property. Up to 9 guest armbands will be left for you in the unit depending on your party's size (based on the info provided at booking). No unregistered guests, only the guests registered on the booking are allowed to stay on the property, as that will be the number of armbands left for your stay. Please leave parking passes in the condo upon departure. A fee of $50 will be added for missing wristbands.

We do provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella which is located in the closets in the unit. Beach towels as well.

Checkout is promptly at 10am so our cleaning team can get the unit for our next stay. Please see check out instructions for your departure including setting the A/C on 75. Late fees will begin at 10:15 and you will be charged $30 every 15 minutes until unit is vacated.

Some amenities are supplied in limited quantities for you such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, sponge/washcloth, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as well as towels. We have a pack-and-play that is available by request.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping will be tolerated in the unit - $200 fine!

NO PARTIES! This includes being loud enough to be a disturbance to neighboring units during quiet hours (generally around 10pm to 8am). If we receive complaints of a disturbance due to noise, we reserve the right to immediately dismiss you from the unit with no refund for unstayed nights. $250 fine plus cost of any damages found once a disturbance is reported.

NO PETS!

If our House Rules are broken, it will result in forfeiture of rate, time, and deposit, if applicable and you will leave the property immediately.

Storm & Hurricane Policy:

When a potential storm is in the area, the weather channels like to send people into full panic mode. If you cancel prior to your arrival due to weather, there is no refund and you may not reschedule your trip for alternate dates. If you are here and we are put under a mandatory evacuation notice by local authorities causing you to leave your rental early, we will refund you the nights not stayed including tax (cleaning and other fees cannot be refunded as the host is still charged for these once you stay).

If you leave your rental early due to weather without being required to leave by mandatory evacuation, there is no refund for unstayed nights.

Please report all maintenance issues immediately.

 No more than 9 guests may occupy the unit at any given time.

No hair dye or glitter to be used, no exceptions!

Any item(s) left behind will be held for 30 days. If not claimed within the 30 days, Item(s) will be donated on day 31. You will be charged $25 plus all packing material and shipping cost. Your items will not be mailed until paid in full.

* If you booked through Air BnB, you have accepted this agreement when you signed the house rules at check out and there is nothing more for you to do.

** We also reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit with any reservation.
