2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 story townhouse on Kees Bayou. There is a 225 foot long wharf facing due west for perfect sunset views. Five miles to Johnson Beach, a National Seashore Federal Park. Internet service, sheets and towels furnished along with a complete kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room. Parking for 4 cars. Two double beds in Master bedroom, one single bed and one bunk bed in guest bedroom. This townhome is also used by our children and grandchildren.

This is a waterfront neighborhood, not a tourist beach condo. Johnson Beach, a National Seashore Park, with Pavilion and Restrooms is 5 miles away. No condos, whitest sugar sand and the best beach on the Gulf of America.

Booking fee/cleaning fee of $200 can be sent by check payable to Martin Goodman, 15015 Innerarity Point Rd, Pensacola, FL 32507. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of rental, no refund will be given.

House Rules

This unit is one of 10 townhouses that share the property and wharf. Quiet is important for everyone's benefit. The owner lives in the unit 2 doors down. The quiet rules will be enforced. You will be asked to leave if quiet can't be observed.

Pay weekly or monthly prior to stay based on seasonal rates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations allowed at end of month or week depending on the season. 

Cancelations less than 14 days prior to check in will require a forfeit of the $200 booking fee.
