Two double beds in Master bedroom, one single bed and one bunk bed in guest bedroom. This townhome is also used by our children and grandchildren.

Booking fee/cleaning fee of $200 can be sent by check payable to Martin Goodman, 15015 Innerarity Point Rd, Pensacola, FL 32507. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of rental, no refund will be given.

This unit is one of 10 townhouses that share the property and wharf. Quiet is important for everyone's benefit. The owner lives in the unit 2 doors down. The quiet rules will be enforced. You will be asked to leave if quiet can't be observed.
