Guest can contact the owner at anytime if needed.
House Rules
Welcome to Mediterranean Paradise. All guests must be registered at rental Request and all Pets. No Parties allowed, no Events allowed. There is a $3.000 Security Deposit and must be paid BEFORE check in . Check out Housekeeping is included on the final price at $280 . Housekeeping Every 2 weeks minimum an extra charge , more Often Housekeeping can be arranged by Request as Needed. Guest are encouraged to buy a Rental Insurance that will protect them under all circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
Guest can cancel up to 30 days in advance for full refund. Up to 15 days , 50% of total will be refunded. Less than 15 days cancellation the full rental amount will NOT be refunded. For Rental Request made less than 30 days of check in time, Full payment must be made at rental request time and NO refund will be made.
Guests are encouraged to buy a rental home insurance, it is very inexpensive and important.
