General Policies
Check in is 2pm. Check out is 12 noon.No groups of young singles, No pets unless pre-approved by owner. No RV's or trailers allowed. No renting the yard, or sublet of the home allowed. No businesses can be run from this residence and/or use this home mailing address for a business.
This home and tenants are subject to Rio Mar Association bylaws. If we are notified of any problems or any provisions of your agreement are broken, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
House Rules
Terms & Conditions
Rental process is as follows: 1) Prospective tenants must have a pre-booking conversation with the owner : mark 860-280-6047 2) A rental agreement is forwarded to the prospective tenant which must be signed and returned with a 50% deposit within 2 weeks to complete booking. 3) Long term leases may require a credit check. 4) The remaining 50% balance + a refundable $500 cleaning deposit must be paid 3 weeks before taking occupancy. 5) Tenants are required to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrive. 6) Property management inspects before tenants arrive and soon after tenants depart. 7) Cleaning deposit money is refunded within 14 days of check out. 8) A list of all persons staying at the hous...
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable unless the property is re-rented. If re-rented a refund minus 10% will be issued.
