Description
Beautiful beach cottage in a family-oriented community in Seagrove Beach. The house is only a five minutes walk to the sandy beaches, the community offers two pools, a fishing pond, and two tennis courts. The house has new floors. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with a double sink and whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed; the children's room has twin beds and access to the front porch. The house has high-speed internet, a high chair and a playpen, three TVs, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, toys, and also two bikes. Beautiful week in the beach
"The house is cute and beachy with plenty of space and all the needs for a family week at the beach. I especially loved that there was hand soap, a few trash bags and dishwasher pods to use. Also, loved the beach umbrella, toys and bikes for use. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions."

"Perfect location. Perfect house. The beach items were awesome. The twin beds are a bit small but my adult boys slept just fine. The kitchen is well stocked with air fryer, crock pot, and instapot. The WiFi works great. We walked down to the beach every day. It is easy with the wagon that is provided. They had 4 chairs, one umbrella, several goggles, bikes. Just about everything you need. The owners were very helpful and responsive when Amazon messed up a delivery. We loved our time here!"

"This house is so wonderful and in such a cute and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I, and our 2 kids (ages 4 and 3) felt very much at home. The beach is only a 7-ish minute walk away, and there are 2 different community pools less than a 5 minutes walk away. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked this house for next year!"
Cozy Beach House
"We have stayed in the neighborhood before, but this was our first stay here. The owner sent all of the codes in advance so we checked in easily. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of the little things that are nice to have on hand. It's close to the beach and several restaurants. There is a fish market across the street so you can cook as well. Overall I would recommend it."
