Relax on the lanai with lakeside views or use some of the many amenities which include: an active clubhouse, library, fitness center, aerobics room, billiards, heated pool, sundeck, and walking/biking paths.Situated in a convenient, central location we're close to everything that you will need as you explore the Fort Meyers area-- a short walk to a market, and a short hop by car to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We are on located on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator. An outside storage locker with beach chairs and grilling tools is available for your use. Available for monthly stays only.

About Owner
Originally from the Boston area, we visited the Fort Meyers area years ago, fell in love with it, and decided to make it our destination for winter get-aways. We've been at Heritage Pointe since 2010 and have always enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly neighbors.

$500.00 refundable damage deposit.
A criminal background check is required by the property management. We cover the cost for this.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to 90 days of rental date will get 100% refund.
Cancellations between 60 - 90 days prior to rental date will receive a 50% refund.
