We provide all necessities in the house to make sure everything is turn key and easy for your arrival! Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, coffee filters, sugar, tea kettle, pots and pans, all cooking/eating utensils, plates, juicer. 

All essentials including hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, iron, ironing board are provided.

Extra linens, towels and extra pillows all provided. Also beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

House is equipped with flat screen smart TV .

Other things to note:

We are very laid back and reasonable, however there are certain rules that we are very adamant about. Most importantly, we are just asking for our guests to practice basic common respect/decency and to treat our home in the same manner that they would treat their very own home, friends, families, and neighbors. Please keep noises outside to a minimum after 9:30 PM on weeknights and 11 PM on weekends in an effort to not disturb our neighbors. Absolutely no parties!
