Base pricing is for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night.At least one person in your party of guest staying at this home must be minimum age of 30 years old.
We are pet friendly with a $200 pet fee. There are certain breeds of dogs that our insurance company does not allow.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.

"This property could be much better with some improvements. Inside refrigerator struggled to keep the food cold, was very slow to make any ice and skinned a few big toes when opening. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. Sun room needs some blinds as the AC struggled to keep up during the day. The entire bottom floor of the house is not part of the rental. Side yard has some accessible hazards. No backyard electrical exterior outlets at ground floor. Flood lamps at rear of house need repaired. Exterior lighting rear of house are dusk to dawn which kill the star gazing. There is a U-haul center located across the street to the front yard. Only two TV's in the entire house."
Location is everything!
"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was just as it was described. We aren’t really “party people” so it was great to be able to have a short ride in to Key West, and then be able to retreat back to this wonderful property. The views are spectacular, and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We had no issues with anything, and would highly recommend this property to any large families that are looking for a great place to stay together. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary here, and made memories that will last a lifetime."
Large Family Stay
"It was really a nice space for a large, mixed family unit. We would have liked to see light cleaning supplies left out for us to use throughout the week. We didn’t have access to anything to clean bathrooms or even sweep the kitchen. The shower between the two bedrooms off the living room is also laughably small. We were grateful to have the amount of full bathrooms that house offers though! It also would have been nice to see someone clean up the small shoreline on the bay. It has garbage that washes up and it makes it difficult to get out with the kayaks or to swim/fish. One other point I want to bring up and we did see in a previous post, there is zero privacy in this house. All of the doors, including bathroom doors, are slotted closet doors. For a mixed group, it was off putting. But we loved the spot in Cudjoe with its proximity to Key West and the little town has plenty to offer, also close to state parks and other fun attractions. Never took us more than 30 minutes to get back and forth from anywhere. Great fishing down Blimp rd or in Bay, especially at night. Also! Bring bug spray. If you want to fish at night, the mosquitos will eat you alive!! We were very comfortable with bug spray on but if anyone walked around at night without it, they were covered in bites."

"We LOVED this property! We had our whole family here to celebrate my husbands retirement. There was plenty of room for all 4 of our children, their significant others, and all 6 of our grandchildren. The pool was small but perfect....beach, a bit rocky but the kids were able to build sandcastles,..... the Kayaks provided were used and were awesome! Hot tub was clean and definitely used! The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. Only slight concern was the jack and Jill bathroom between the master bedroom and adjoining bedroom. Seemed to “run” continuously. The gas grill was used multiple times. Just really enjoyed our stay and have so many wonderful memories of our stay in Cudjoe Key!! Would highly recommend this property!!"
