The building has a rooftop, oceanfront, heated pool, health club, Tennis, etc. We are located on the Non-Driving Beach which is very important! The quiet beach town of New Smyrna Beach offers world-class, pristine beaches and wonderful restaurants. Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just over an hour's drive.

The Moontide Condominium is uniquely versatile in its appeal to families with children or teens, retirees or romantic getaways. It is reasonably priced and a great value compared to other vacations. This accounts for our high percentage of return guests.
