I'm Dr. Gary and I'm a retired physician. For the last 25 years, my wife and I have owned and rented this beautifully decorated, non-smoking condo with complete amenities not just for your comfort, but for ours as we spend as much time there as possible.

The condo Is Amazing! We are located in the PRIME LOCATION on the top (5th) floor of the Directly Oceanfront "A" Bldg of the prestigious Moontide Condominium. Unlike other condos, we have No Buildings to the North nor South to obstruct the views leaving a 180-degree panorama that will knock your socks off! Our oversized balcony extends over 30 feet covering both the Master Bedroom and Living Rooms leaving you so intimate with the beach that you can lick the ocean! The building has a rooftop, oceanfront, heated pool, health club, Tennis, etc. We are located on the Non-Driving Beach which is very important! The quiet beach town of New Smyrna Beach offers world-class, pristine beaches and wonderful restaurants. Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just over an hour's drive.

The Moontide Condominium is uniquely versatile in its appeal to families with children or teens, retirees or romantic getaways. It is reasonably priced and a great value compared to other vacations. This accounts for our high percentage of return guests.
