About Owner
We're retired and recently purchased this home to use and to share it with our special guests. We're from central Ohio and absolutely love everything about Bradenton, the AMI beaches and the laid-back lifestyle. This home is the definition of sit back, chill out and relax on the brand new hammock.
A two-week minimum stay is really preferred, and the monthly is what we'd like to accommodate.

Any signs of smoking will forfeit damage deposit and may incur additional charges. 3. "Great host. Very attentive. Loved the house and everything about it. He heated and ran the hot tub/ spa for us remotely. So we didn't need to worry about any confusing controls. We simply texted him and it was done. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless, it even had beach towels for us. The salt heated pool was very nice touch. The kitchen had all of the necessities. Nice to have a garage to secure our car too."

"It was better than we hoped for. Perfect location to all things, beach, grocery, bars, restaurants, etc. My grandkids absolutely lived in the pool, and I was in the spa quite a bit. the screened patios and pool kept all the bugs away. We've booked for July of '23 too. My wife loved all the channel selections on the hdtv's. nice to have a garage for security and to keep our cars cool too. the owner went above and beyond all expectations."
