We think of the little things to make your vacation special, all linens are provided i.e. sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels and pool towels, we also provide 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and softener. There is a Dollar store by PUBLIX on the Island for those extra needs. Everything you need from high quality linens, bath towels, chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach gear is provided for a memorable beach getaway!

Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom located off the main living area is roomy with a King size bed and private beautiful bath

On the Second Floor Bedroom 2 - Has 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed and Bedroom 3 - Has 1 Queen size bed and both are shared with a full bath between the rooms. All the bedrooms are supplied with beautiful, comfortable high quality sheets, blankets, pillows and towels for everyone!

Off the garage is a separate washer/dryer "slop sink" room. Outside the sliders is the outdoor private shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or just take an amazing shower outdoors with the smell of the Gulf in the air! There is private parking for 2 cars available.

There is also a gas Grill available for your use and outdoor entertainment (corn hole, can jam and ring toss) while grilling.

There are HDTVs in every room (including on the lanai), wireless internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling available for your visit.

PRIVATE COMMUNITY HEATED POOL Use for North Beach Village visitors and owners only . There are 2 restrooms and an outdoor shower, lounge chairs etc for everyones use. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful lush setting of palm trees an other tropical plants!

The townhouse is tucked away on the back corner - very private, quiet and safe for children. My kids were 2, 3 and 5 when we bought. Over time we brought friends from school and and had many memorable vacations and holidays and fun jet skiing, kayaking, fishing and parasailing to name a few. Now that they are in their 20's they still love it so much and continue to visit frequently with friends. My husband and I have taken numerous adult only trips and continue to love our home and the location. There really is no need to drive anywhere with the free monkey bus and Trolley on the Isla...

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 10 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 10 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.

OCCUPANCY: 6 person maximum capacity, which you were informed of when making your reservation. Overcrowding of units may result in the immediate eviction and loss of deposit and rent. Large gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval of the owner.

SWIMMING POOL: Pool is regularly cleaned, treated and maintained. Following inclement weather or high winds, pool service cannot be expected “on demand” for removal of fallen leaves or minor debris. Pool skimmers are available for your use if you need them. Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 82 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather. Under no circumstances are guests to change any settings on the pool equipment. Any repair charges resulting from a guest tampering with the pool equipment will be the responsibility of the guest.

There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and dish soap when you arrive but you will need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) as needed. ITEMS LEFT IN UNIT: The owner will not be held responsible for any personal items left in the units. If you request us to retrieve and mail items left in the unit, you will be responsible for mailing/shipping charges plus $25.00 processing fee. INOPERABLE EQUIPMENT: Should any mechanical failures occur during your stay, we will do our best to make prompt and thorough repairs.
