Welcome to our freshly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3550 sq foot home- ideally located just off of Anna Maria Island in Palma Sola Park. Spend the day at the beach and come home to a perfect place to unwind and create memories with your family and friends. Publix Supermarket, Starbucks, Walmart, and a host of restaurants are minutes drive from our house.

We take pride in taking great care of our house and set high standards for our cleaners. Our #1 goal is that our guests have an amazing vacation and enjoy our home to the fullest.

After an exciting day on the beach, come home to unwind in our tropical backyard paradise, where you can dip in the heated pool, make some refreshing drinks, and grill up fresh seafood and gourmet burgers. There is plenty of room for EVERYONE at the table with multiple seating options around the expansive kitchen island, large breakfast nook, and formal dining table.

Our kid friendly space is the ideal home base for multi-generational family vacations. There is fun for everyone- young and old!

There's plenty for kids to do-

• Splash around in the pool
• Roast s'mores around the beautiful stone firepit
• Face off on the ping pong table, shuffleboard, or Foosball
• Feed koi in our backyard pond
• Play board games in the family room, outdoor lanai, or gazebo
• Watch a movie on the big 75in screen in the entertainment room
• Take a short walk to Palma Sola Bay & Portosueno Park to spot manatees

Adults can relax and recharge-

• Unwind with a glass of wine in the outdoor gazebo or by the fire pit
• Take a dip in the heated & lighted pool at night when kids are sleeping
• Gather around the expansive kitchen island for morning coffee/tea with loved ones
• Put on your chef hat and fire up the grill
• Take a relaxing stroll around the neighborhood in the morning before kids wake up
• Play a round of golf at nearby Manatee public golf course, or book a pickeball/tennis court at GT Bray Park

Our space is DOG friendly and our backyard is fully fenced.

We provide pack n play and highchair as well as kid-friendly plates & utensils. Full size cribs can be easily rented and delivered to the house for a minor fee. We got you covered!

There are total of 4 bedrooms with 10 beds:

• 3 king beds, high quality memory foam mattress
• 2 queen beds, high quality memory foam mattress
• 3 twins- all on level ground. No bunks!
• 1 full size Sofa Bed
• 1 queen air mattress (highest rated in terms of comfort per consumer report)

HUGE entertainment room:

• 75in TV
• Foosball table
• Shuffleboard table
• Large sectional leather sofa
• Dedicated desk and nook for reading

Bathrooms (2 1/2):

• Downstairs: full bathroom with 3 sinks and 2 shower heads in the master bathroom; 1/2 bathroom on the first floor. Showers and toilets on the first floor are equipped with grab bars for safety
• Upstairs: full bathroom with shower/tub combo and 4 sinks

• Beach gear (cooler, wagon, umbrella, & beach chairs)

Please review and agree to our house rules prior to booking. Our property is not intended for guests who plan to invite a lot of visitors or have large noisy gatherings. We are located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood with strict noise ordinance.

We don't charge extra for pool heat! Weather permitting, our pool is heated up to 88 degrees from November through April. On colder days (< 70 degrees), our pool may not reach set temperature as the electric pool heaters rely on ambient air. NOTE: We do not have a spa. The small area of the pool is a nice sitting area but the temperature is the same as the pool.

• Please do not leave children unattended outside
• Turn on patio door alarm
• Avoid excessive screaming and yelling as it disturbs the neighbors
• No glass, or anything breakable in or around the pool
• Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard
• No diving

For guests considering bringing their pet:

While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained, at least 1 year old, & weigh less than 50 lbs. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be taken from the security deposit if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

Pet House Rules:

• Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally (Pet Supermarket is 5 minutes drive from the house)
• When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash (no more than 10 ft in length)
• Please do not allow pets on furniture
• Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

Please do not use indoor fireplace. Rather, enjoy the outdoor firepit by the gazebo. We do not supply firewood as they are easy breeding ground for mold and bugs. Firewood can be easily purchased at Publix, 5 minutes from the house.

If using the outdoor BBQ grill, please shut off propane after each use and clean grill after each use. Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink.

We do our best to maintain the quality of our property by taking care of it inside and out. While we ask our weekly maintenance crew to come before guests arrive, sometime it is not possible due to their busy schedules. Occasionally, you might see our lawncare, pool, pest, and pond maintenance vendors on the property.

Our property is privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.

Please also note Florida is a buggy state. The outside perimeter of our home is professionally sprayed regularly to control endemic insects. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs, unfortunately. Thank you for understanding!

Guests have full access to the property except for areas labeled as "Private or Owner's closet"
