At least one person in your party must be a minimum of 30 years old.We are pet friendly. There are certain breeds of dogs that our insurance company does not allow.
Please check with us before booking if you plan to bring your pet. There may be additional fees if you are bringing more than one pet.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing up to 90 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the booking fee of $25.00. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your deposit and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your deposit and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.

"The moment you open up the online listing of the property, what you see is what you will get staying at this property. My entire family was amazed how the property looked, from the views, to the dipping pool, to the sandy beach, to the inside comfortable surrounding in the house. Everything you need to have a great vacation is there. Check in is easier than some hotels I have checked into. Amy was spot on in answering the phone and answering question from us My wife and I have traveled twice to Australia. I would put the experience of staying at Tropical Paradise Property right up there with Australia Condos we stayed at. Garth & Sharon "

"Wonderfully appointed and private. Two couples stayed for a week. 2 bed 2 bath layout is great. Many great features. Dock was great for fishing and swimming. Kayaks were great for evening paddles in the bay. Nice small pool to cool off, and screened in porch. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Reasonable rules and easy check in/out compared to many properties. Would definitely book again."
